Dale Locklin Appliance

Came in fixed the stove. Went back down in 2 days. Called back, they were on vacation for 2 weeks. Set up time again. Cancelled it because all of a sudden he was too busy. Tried to talk to dale, lady said he doesnt talk to customers and rescheduled it for following week. Charged me again because it was past 30 days. Girl on the phone very stern and Would never use these guys again. Could have bought a new stove instead. Being a new customer I don't condone to to service like this.

Showed up within hours of calling him. Fixed my dryer without needing any parts. Got right to the problem ..... I am so relieved and happy to have found him. Great job Dale. Thanks so much. Oh yes he is respectful and wears a mask which is a must for me.

Sells you broken fridges, doesn’t return calls or show up when they say they will, then never follows up. Ignores messages and emails. I’ll be going to their store this coming week and will be serving them with court papers if I don’t hear from him by Friday. They’ll be paying me back for more than just a broken fridge, lawyer and court costs too!

Took money from my mother and didn't fix the problem. She called back several times with no answer. Looking at reviews it seems thats all this guy is about, scamming people out of their money.STAY AWAY

Bought a washer off them it never worked from day 1 made arrangements to him to come fix never showed up to fix 100% do not recommended

We purchased an Amana fridge from Dale in June 2019. In September the compressor died while under Dale's 6 month warranty. He came to get it, told us he would repair it with no hassle at all, and offered to leave us a loaner fridge in the meantime. Up to this point I was very impressed with his business and his service. Fast forward almost 6 months, we still have the loaner and have tried to set up multiple dates to return our fridge. Dale keeps promising to show up with our fridge and then there is no word or sign of him and never an apology or explanation. At this point I dont know where my fridge is or if it has been repaired or if there is any intent to return it. I am so done with this situation and I will never shop this business again.

Fixed my parents oven a week after contact with them. My parents are older so they text me when Dale arrived and text me what the problem was after he looked it over. Great communication and would definitely have him back. Nice young man. Thank You for doing a great job.

Hi DaleIt’s Bob from Cloyne, you sold me a fridge.U were supposed to come back to replace the door handle . In the mean time fridge has problem . Freezer is not working and I have wasted my food , requested u and. Called so many times . No answer .It was six months warranty with fridge and started giving me problem after next days .I trusted u and gave u bussiness .It is very unpleasant experience.Please fix the issue at your earliest .
