La Source is like a second home to me. I get all of my electronics here. I know all the staff and they are all professionals and extremely knowledgeable and helpful whenever I have questions or issues, they have always been there for me for many, many years. They are also very honest and informative and guide me extremely well regarding my electronics.I feel honored to be a customer of theirs.

Excellent customer service and care and have never been happier with another company and store.I am honored to be a customer here and have always been treated with respect and the utmost consideration and care.I would recommend this store and company to anyone and believe that the service is first rate and excellent.I could not be possibly any happier and satisfied with the genuine and efficient service.The manager at this store, Marwen, is the best manager I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I am extremely grateful for his knowledge and experience and customer care is far above anything I have ever experienced anywhere else and will recommend this store and him to everyone I know.I feel honored to be a customer here.There has been a change of staff I believe since January 2018 and a new manager as well, Benoit, he is an excellent manager and the new staff are excellent as well.I must include the head office of La Source which is extremely concerned about their customers and will do everything in their power to achieve customer satisfaction. I have spoken with a few of the staff there and they have exceeded all expectations, I am extremely impressed with them and the District Manager for Quebec, Jean Francois, who has as well surprised me as to what extent that they will go to in order to keep their customers happy.This applies to the store in which I frequent and its new manager Benoit, who like the rest of the management have exceeded all expectations regarding customer care and customer service. Once again, I feel honoured to be a customer of theirs.
