My friend recommended me edge immigration. Ten days ago , I sent my documents through mail for visa . I called them multiple times they said , it will take 2 to 3 working days ,we have bunch of mails , we will contact you soon but till now no reply . Very bad experience.

Why is it so hard to access your service? Are your staffs on vacation or something? I dont know why you guys never answer your emails. You said on the phone to email you but then I send multiple emails and still no reply. Its been almost 2 months! If the email address on the website is not updated, I suggest you to double check. Or Maybe you just don't care for just one regular client? Well…your loss.Updated: After I posted this review, the consultant contacted me. Saying that they were short-staffed for few weeks and now is back to normal. But As It was a time-sensitive application and I couldn’t wait, I’ve already done my application with another consultant firm. I do appreciate them getting back to me. So I’ll upvote the review.
