Bought some transition prescription safety glasses, they fit perfect and the staff was super helpful. They had lots of options to choose from and this SW location is close to my house. I'll be recommending my friends to Optiks International.

Rob and Melissa are second to none. We also own a business and must say that these two go above and beyond with service. They have a great product with reasonable prices, but it’s the wonderful service that definitely keeps us returning. A job well done. We recommend starting here if you need eyewear as you might never need to go anywhere else.

A fantastic experience! Marram helped me with questions I had about Blue Cross before booking an appointment for me. She was also there the day of my appointment and was very patient and helpful with me choosing frames. It was my first time at this store and it definitely won’t be my last.

Came here to do two different new pairs of glasses for my new prescription. Very impressed on how quick and how pleasant was the staff and took care of my needs. Everyone around was helpful and kind.Most importantly is that the new pairs are useful and well calibrated.Thanks again for the job done.

Unfortunately not the place you'd want to go if other options are available. Don't let the fancy displays fool you. Unhelpful staff, lack of knowledge, difficulty booking appointments. Not accessible in the slightest.

Had a great experience here. Marram and Alesia were so attentive and helpful when I was picking out new frames. I have came back 2 more times since then for adjustments and each time they are always super friendly and make sure to give the best service!

Excellent customer service. I had a wonderful gal that normally works in sherwood park helping me. She was so friendly and accommodating. She helped me find 2 fantastic pairs of glasses. Definitely recommend this location.

Awful the young girl on the phone talking about coffee she would like did not care about anyone else around .Wow awful at least have a moment let the person you will eventually take to that person. .March 1 1:40 pm.
