The workers are very friendly, helpful, and personable. I have had nothing but exemplary service at this location and will not go to any other. Kudos to everyone at this location for a job well done. I must give a special shout out to Ray who always answers my questions knowledgeably and offers sound advice and always with a sense of humour.

Very nice people with fast and quick service. i had picked up multiple packages from amazon thought this location and nothing wrong has happened. Once i ordered a 12 inch laptop and the box was HUGE they helped me make a tape handle so i can carry it nicely and easily back home. KUDOS FOR E VERYONE THAT WORKS THERE :)))).

Lost three cheques in four months my mail man is also a turtle and takes 30 min to do is four blocks why because he's stoned who knows who he gives my mail to

Worst service ever.No idea how / why this business is still existing.This business is working with staff who cannot Read an address and do a deliver a letter properly.Extremely ignorant / reckless staff.No care / value to the job they do....Very sad.

I love all the people who work at this location! They're hard working and patient, and set the bar really high for customer service standards. As a bonus, they're super friendly and have great senses of humour that make my day!

Don't ship Canada Post. Had a package sent via Express, tracked item and was told it had been delivered, but no key left for mailbox. I called, but wasn't able to get any help because I'm not the sender. The supervisor I spoke to said they would call to update me in 2 business days, never did get a call. My brother sent package, he's been trying to deal with them, same thing-- no returned calls. He's trying to speak to someone, on hold for 35 mins.Now I'm told someone did check the mailbox, didn't contact us, and that the package ISN'T in the box. So they LIED about a delivery and missing key.If you think this is a company you can do business with, go ahead. Otherwise, there are many other companies to ship with.
