Dated. Needs an upgrade. TV was super small and no Netflix. They did open and let me check in at 3 am. Which was awesome.

Absolutely atrocious!My girlfriend (21/yo) and I (20/yo) were travelling to gravenhurst for the holidays on Christmas Eve. We got caught in the blizzard and were stranded on side of road outside this hotel for 3 hours. They refused to let us have a room without a $200 cash deposit while the power was out. Once power came back on they let us have a room at $160 a night! What a ripoff. On top of that I had to shovel my way into the driveway 30ft long of 2f deep snow. At 6:30 am I was told to move my car because it was blocking the road for the plow. After 2 more hours of sitting on the road waiting for roads to clear I could checkout. Worst experience of my life, they just wanted to rip stranded people off on Christmas Eve.

I expected a decent standard from Travelodge but I was wrong. The facility feels dated and run down. The room doesn't feel comfortable even though the bedding is clean. Many things didn't work....toilet not flashing, bed has shaking legs, hair dry not working, coffee tasted terrible, TV power was unplugged. The construction around the facility doesn't help either. It is like living in the middle of a construction site. The breakfast were snack, not real breakfast. So many things wrong at so many levels.

Sounds like a scam! Front desk guy (June 17th) said he had 1 room left and said it was 2 hundred... No.... $199 AND YOU'LL HAVE TO PAY CASH". When I questioned it

he matched my lower price i had found which was nice. i wanted a quiet clean private room for a couple of days and that is what i got, comfy bed, end unit, the little deck out back facing some trees was nice. the staff were friendly and polite. for what I required at the time this place fit the bill nicely. rm 25.

Staff were really friendly and very helpful with find our way around and recommending great places to eat. It was clean and the pool was an added bonus for the kids to swim in. Rooms are what you’d expect in a regular hotel, nothing fancy, but everything we needed.Excellent location for going to Santa’s Village.

Would not recommend.. not customer focused. I tried to cancel my reservations by calling the hotel and there was no answer. I had to cancel my reservation due a big storm and weather advisory. They don't care for clients only money

Convenient location.rooms are nice and clean and good size.only thing which not impressed is their breakfast.they suppose to be not mention that.its a bag with water bottle,apple,yougurt 'and mini bar.over all stay was ok.

Just came back from our vacation. We have had a very bad experience at this hotel. In general, try to avoid this hotel if you are planning to have a nice time in Bracebridge. This hotel will just spoil your holidays. Non-smoke room has a terrible old tobacco smell from sofa and mattresses, basically there is a very strong tobacco odor in the non-smoking room (at least, the room we stayed is like that). Breakfast is miserable, food from food bank is better than that. For that price, you deserve a better hotel.If you have no other choice but this hotel, please don't opt for breakfast. Tim Hortons is just around the corner which is 100 times better.
