Just two weeks after we moved to Nanaimo, our car broke down. Unfamiliar with local businesses, I turned to Google search for a garage recommendation. Pure Gold Automotive were fast and professional, and declined to giggle when I badly misdiagnosed the engine fault. They even sent a driver to fetch us back to collect the car once the repairs were complete. Definitely recommended.

My vehicle was making a weird noise, and another shop quoted me a outrageous amount. I brought it into Pure Gold Automotive and they were able to squeeze me in. They told me exactly what I needed done and at a very reasonable price. At the end of my service, I was super happy with the quality of work that was done. The gentleman that I was talking to was very respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my family or friends!
