Budget Blinds was awesome to work with at every stage in the process. Kim was our sales rep and she was fantastic!!. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and asked us lots of questions, and brought up things you may overlook if you were to take on a project like this yourself. We got our blinds quicker than anticipated so that was a nice bonus. The installer was very polite and friendly. Very professional with setup and clean up. Very careful and courteous throughout the install and mindful of the mess. Would highly recommend! Plus our new blinds look amazing! Thank you Budget Blinds!

I have used Budget Blinds a few times now. Kim (consultant) is amazing - professional/knowledgeable. The installers have also been excellent. Vanessa has done our last two installs - regular and motorized. She is fast and totally competent. These days good products/service isn't that common. I would have no reason to ever use any other blind company :D

Budget Blinds excels in customer service! They do care that every detail is done right and that the customer is happy. Their product looks great and the blackout blinds are perfect, especially being that my wife does shift work. Rebecca at Budget Blinds was amazing, communicating every step of the way. Also, Installation was fast! Ian the service tech was professional, efficient and kind. I would highly recommend Budget Blinds!

I dealt with Budget Blinds this past couple of months and am very happy with the product and the service I received while dealing with them.The sales person was very personable and knowledgeable of her product. When unsure of something she immediately got the answer with a phone call. She was the only salesperson who brought a blind mechanism to show what it would look like once installed which was very helpful.The blinds were to be ready in 6-8 weeks but were promptly installed less than 4 weeks later. They were installed and everything was cleaned up in a very efficient manner. One roll blind had a small flaw and within a week of instillation there is a replacement blind ordered.I will be suggesting Budget Blinds to friends and family in the future.

We got our whole house done with budget blinds about 2 years ago, and the service all the way from the consultation to the install was exceptional, efficient and easy! We’ve loved our blinds since we got them, but recently had a hiccup with one of the blinds not gliding properly. After one quick phone call, they had a new blind ordered for us, with zero problems! Everyone at budget blinds that we’ve talked to and met, has been so extremely kind and accommodating! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Vanessa (consultant) was wonderful to work with. She worked around our schedules and guided us through the whole selection process. I have never purchased blinds before but we found the pricing very reasonable. Covid slowed deliveries down but once budget blinds found out we had moved into our home, they kept our file flagged to ensure quickest install. Ian installed our blinds and went above and beyond. He even cleaned my stairwell window since he knew I couldn't reach it. Our blinds look great and I would highly recommend budget blinds!
