I am trying to book an appointment with Dr. Sadia since last month and unable to reach, I was always been kept on hold for more than 15 mins. I am tired of this wait time and yet to meet the doctor. Also, I have been asked to wait for at least 30 mins though i book appointments in all my previous visits. Worst experience every time.

Also she has a great staff, always ready to help. One of her receptionists Maheen" is always helpful and books appointment with the doctor in a timely manner."

I went to see her once and never again. She has no knowledge of any kind. I was suffering from an abscess that had tunneled into a fistula for which she just gave me a topical cream when I really needed a surgery. She sent me home with a CREAM for God's sake.

This physician is the rudest medical professional I have met! She never examined me despite suffering from respiratory problems. I told her that I ha r a history of pneumonia yet..:. She did t listen to my lungs. Clearly she is unfit. She had no bedside manner and hardly made eye contact. Avoid her!!!! Never going back to walk in Clinic.

Absolutely terrible. You call her office and they will give you a time fence when she would call which never happens. They don't understand the importance of treating patients. Worst family doctor experience.

The staff is horrible and does not respond to the queries instead give lousy excuses.The wait time is 60-70 minutes even if you have scheduled an appointmentThe doctor is not very knowledgeable and gives an impression as she is following procedures as per rulesWaste of time

The most unfriendly and rude staff. Doctor is greedy and will ask for many appointments for small items. She will ask to buy medicine from her store as she would get commission. Even for simple referral she ask us to take appointments 3 times. The receptionist is very rude. You should never make her family doctor.
