I went to cash mutual funds two options stay on hold 4 hours by phone or go into your branch. Drive 1 1/2 for two things. My lock safety deposit box and the cashing in of mutual funds. Both they couldn’t take care of in sight without appointments but you never ever answer your phones. Call back are minimal. Come on BMO get it right. Just over all care there is to me very snooty. Just saying
