Exceptional customer care offered by Stephen, my Dispensing Technician - he's patient, thorough and knowledgeable! Recently, I patronized his service for a pair of new eyeglasses with prescription. Well, I happened to change my mind after the order was placed; but Stephen was an absolute saint who patiently listened and recommended other choices for me. What's most impressive was -- besides ordering new frames and choosing the right colours; there was extra work to align with the lab for some technical challenges. But thanks to Stephen, eventually we got to the final fitting! Where else could you find such a level of professionalism and dedication? Yes, I am very satisfied with my new eyeglasses. So, if you are looking for an excellent team for your eye care needs, I'd recommend Mount Pleasant. Besides Stephen, Dr Jessica Chan is most wonderful and all other staff are always polite and helpful too. Five Stars for all of you, thank you so much!

Incredibly impressed with the level of service here. I would give another half star if I could but the rating system is doesn’t allow for that. Anyways I would highly recommend this place to my friends. The battery of tests they performed and their client-side manner was exceptional. I have found my go-to for eye exams moving forward. Note: parking currently sucks b/c of the subway roadwork so beware!

Honestly a gem of a place. I tried a few different optometry shops before finding this gem in Mount Pleasant. Between my visits with the eye docs and getting fitted with new specs, the service and experience here was fantastic. Super organized and friendly front desk. And a shoutout to Charissa who made getting new reading glasses painless and fun. Thank you Charissa and team!

This is a great place to go for your eye exam and glasses or contact lenses. Mount Pleasant display a nice collection Optometry instruments which impress me. The staff members-Ms Nora, Ms Jasmine, Ms Joan and Ms Baljinder are very friendly and helpful. They are beck bone frontlines of the business and are thorough and cares about making sure that the prescription is right and the patient is comfortable. They went above and beyond for me. They filed my insurance on my behalf, so I didn't have to pay and wait for insurance to reimburse me. Michael worked with me to make sure the fit of my glasses was perfect. He even custom fit glasses ordered online and fit into my existing frame . We're very happy to have Mt Pleasant Optometry Centre in our area and we're very impressed with their selection and their service.

Dr. Jessica Chan is the best. She takes great care of my entire family and is excellent with everyone, and treats patients of all ages with kindness, patience, professionalism, and empathy. The entire clinic is 10 out of 10

We have tried a few Optometries in the past and could not find one that provided decent experience.Until we tried Mount Pleasant Optometry, which was referred to us by our family doctor.The staff are very experienced and professional, they really took their time helping us, answered any questions or concerned we had.I was personally helped by Timor, amazing guy! great attitude and very knowledgeable.I was so pleased with the glasses I got so I ended up going back and get the second set of lenses as well.

Excellent, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating optometry, and they take the time to fit you properly as well as aesthetically... Azar, in particular is amazing! I learned so much from her, as I grew into glasses late in my career :) Markus

New to the practice, but had excellent service for tests. Azar gave really good advice on frames and options, and really looked after my interests.I'm impressed.

This place is awesome. The selection of frames and speed of service is superb. The are fantastic when handling my child's needs and direct billing insurance.I bent the arm on my frames and was sure I would need a new arm, but nope, Azar just heated them up and fixed them like new. Michael is awesome too and so patient when selecting and fitting frames.You may think is it worth it, but you will clearly see it is!
