Has some sort of customer support. Their website makes you believe they have something in stock. No they don't. Still hasn't delivered a headphone I already paid for. Still waiting. 3 months later. Still waiting.edit: they did their best. we can just blame covid for the delay.

Great experience with theses guys. There was a glitch on the website where I purchased something that was sold, They called me soon after to fix it. In no time they sent me an alternative set of headphones!

Went above and beyond and personally delivered my order directly at my apartment (not by courier, an actual store employee or administrator). Fantastic service. I'm not an audiophile so I won't buy too much stuff from them, but I'll definitely consider them for future purchases. Great experience.

I was amazed at the quality of service I received from them. I do not write reviews but had to based on how I felt. I could not be more satisified with price and even more so with the customer service. During a difficult time with the Virus going around it would be easy to make excuses but instead they kept me informed all the way through. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who will listen. And the products are great!!

I was looking to purchase high quality cordless headphones for the gym and contacted HiFi. Scott was so helpful and made a really great recommendation. The headphones are really great and have lasted much longer than any other pair I previously owned. I loved them so much, I purchased the same ones as a gift as well. Would highly recommend this team, they really are true experts in their industry.

Glad I went with this Canadian company instead of lining Jeff Bezo's pocket with already 80 billions profits so far this year because of COVID. I received the wrong product, but the customer service team was quick to make things right. I'd rather have a person at the other end to talk/email to, than communicate with a robot.
