CIBC Branch with ATM

Met with account rep and was able to make changes quickly. Sunday meeting was a nice touch, didn't have to take time off work. Good parking. Drive through.

I bank with Simplii. I have always gone into this cibc location to exchange rolls or coins into bills because as a self employed person I sometimes get change. Today the lady was quite rude at my request and at first said she couldn't do it because I didn't bank there. I have never had this issue. Is it that hard to count rolled change and exchange it for bills? Guess I'll find somewhere else, was thinking of switching to cibc but not now!

The bank teller Karen is rude . She spoke tome in a very condescending tone.

Before I came here I read many reviews about this branch. I don’t know why all were very negatively. It’s the only one opens on Saturdays so I came and I got very nice service and all my account problems got solved. People should be more just when reviewing.

The Gentleman running this facility leaves a lot to be desired in the areas of honesty, integrity and general customer service.

I had recently opened my personal account online at CIBC, and once gotten the card went into the branch to get some assistance setting up online and getting my pin. A representative named Many, as do kind and helpful that she even suggested a better personal account so I don’t get charged.Many, also asked me a couple questions and created a connection. She advised me to book an appointment for an advisor regarding my business as CIBC offers good business account rates. I am looking to move my business accounts from BMO to CIBC.CIBC has been always welcoming, and continues to care about their clients. 100% and 5 starts for Many as she supported me with all my requests. I would suggest people to visit the branch and ask for Many.Thank you CIBC, and thank you Many.

CIBC with lots of parking. The hours need to be improved on, but when looking for American currencies through an ATM this is a convenient bank.At the time of this post the exchange was 1.375 per dollar purchased.

I see why this location has a 2 star rating. The Female teller Karen attitude sucks and needs more customer service training a whole lot of it. I was told I couldn’t cash a money order and if I deposit it, it will be on hold for a week. Well that’s understandable to put it on hold. Called a manager from another CIBC and guess what turns out I have a right to cash my money order and Karen (who name suits her) had a problem. I have been with CIBC for years but this location left a bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully the other teller Collin had a better attitude and was more understanding.

The frontline bankers (yes, both!) didn't bother assisting me with my concern. They didn't even ask for my account information and just said I have to come back with the requirements." My request was assisted through the number at the back of my debit card. JUST OVER THE PHONE."
