After falling victim to a fraud/scam from someone impersonating a Bell representative, I went in store to insure my account and personal information would not be compromised.Monor an his colleague help me although I was agitated and upset. They were professional and followed their strict guidelines but were able get rid of the issue, ease my concerns and also lowered my payments significantly (while dealing with other clients in the store). I am thankful.To anyone unsure about giving personal information over the phone(like your SIN number), don't. The best way to verify if the call is legit is to call 310-bell :)

I just got my phone plan upgraded at the Bell Store in the Eaton Store and the staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Waleed. He was up to date on all the latest promotions and answered any questions I had happily. I feel very lucky to have had him as my consultant at the store.

I am so happy with the service I received at this location. Getting a new phone and plan can be a daunting task. Griselda was able to help me as soon as I walked into the store. I expressed to her my needs/wants and she was able to put together some great options for me despite still being in “training”. Her colleague, Waleed, also helped us find the best phone plan. Waleed was also able to help me transfer over some of the things on my old phone onto my new phone. Together the two of them made this process seamless and enjoyable. I was very impressed with everyone’s depth of knowledge and willingness to help, definitely recommend the staff at this location.

Registered two mobile plans for myself and my boyfriend with Hamza’s help. He was professional and helpful. We were glad to meet him at the store, after received awful service from a salesperson of another service provider (started from F”) in the same shopping center. We planned to use that “F” company at first with my friend referral code. But we ended up getting Virgin Plus at this Bell store which works well for us. Thanks Hamza.

Great service! Griselda was so helpful in setting up my mobile & home internet plan! She has explained everything to me clearly, and gave me great options to choose from. I would highly recommend looking for her in case you need anything from Bell! Griselda and her colleague Waleed are both very friendly, and I can’t believe I actually enjoyed my time in the store!

I was having difficulties navigating my Bell app, and customer service when looking to upgrade my phone. The manager Anwar was proactive attentive and took personal accountability for the company and my experience. I really liked that. I would recommend going to this specific location of your in the downtown core.
