Centre Dry Cleaning

My wife spilled coffee on her dress right when I was dropping her off to get ready with our daughter and the bridesmaids. I went in at 10:00 am when they opened and explained my emergency. They were clearly already very busy but still managed to fit me in and clean my shirt as well. They had it done before noon and we were able to make it on time for our daughters wedding. When I went to pay they said it was on the house. Thank you so much! You ladies are amazing! There’s not many decent people like you around anymore. Life saver.

The business has severely gone down hill. The past two experiences they are extremely late on repairing my clothes, not even a phone call to give me a heads up. Nothing but promising that clothes will be done at a certain day and then delaying by weeks upon weeks. Very poor customer service.

I bought a secondhand wedding dress that needed to be cleaned and the owner was amazing. She took me through the process of what she would have to do with this particular (and very fiddly) dress, and even run me right away to let me know that she was happy with the partial test clean she did on some of the fabric and was going to go ahead on the rest of the dress. She really cares about your clothing, and I don't think I've met a nicer proprietor in town. She'll be able to tell you straight if there's hope for a difficult clean, and she's always friendly. Very reasonably priced for the work and love put in. Many thanks for all of your help!

Took some dress slacks to another dry cleaners prior to leaving on a trip. Came to pick them up a couple days before leaving to find they were pressed but not cleaned. The person there was unable to rectify the problem saying it would take 5 days to get them back and would not refund my money. I took the slacks to Centre Dry cleaning and explained my problem to them. My pants were cleaned and ready a few hours later. On top of it all, she did not charge me for the service and did it just as a favor in my time of need. I will definitely return.

I brought in my wedding dress as there was a line on the side seam from where it had been taken out a little (I'm a bit hippy...my dress was a sample dress so the line was from it being worn and the new fabric being exposed). She called me and said that she was able to get rid of this issue without needing to do a full clean and had it steamed and pressed and all ready to go for me well before the big day (eventhough it was the holidays, she worked her magic). She was so sweet, kind and accommodating with everything and even offered her services should anything else come up. She saved me money and stress and did an absolutely beautiful job!!! I can't emphasize enough how grateful I am!! She really made my day!!!

I am very angry at the situation I had with this business, long story short, I went there with 16 pieces with various stains, asked the front desk lady if they could tell me which would work with dry cleaning, which wouldn't, she looked, said she wasnt sure for all of them, BUT would not charge me if they were unsuccessfull and she took everything. Then, weeks pass, much more then what they said it would, had to come back many times to get pieces. They charged me for the 16 pieces, but half of them had the same stains as before. I came back when I realized this and I argued that even if you want to charge by the piece for your work, your employee told me: no result, no paying, hence the reason why I left everything otherwise i would have reconsidered, as it is an expensive service and some were cheap material I would have just thrown instead of trying to save. When other customers arrived behind, the lady promised that the owner would call me to talk this through and asked me to leave. Of course I never heard back from them. I am angry because even if your employee did a bad job, you have to stand behind their word, she represents your company and I think I have been done wrong. Never will set foot again there. Lucky for everyone who had good experiences, I was unlucky maybe and wish I had been respected as a customer.

Terrible customer service. Took 2 months longer than originally quoted. Awful communication from the owner. Kept making excuses as to why dress was never ready, never took responsibility. Kept saying she would call to update me and she never did. When we finally went in to get the dress today it took them over 10 minutes to find it. Awful experience, nothing but stressful and overall very unpleasant. Will do everything in my power to never go here again.

I came in with a hard cleaning job, Navy high collar whites. Whites get destroyed nearly every time they are worn. Darlene needed to run the uniform through multiple times to get it properly squared away. It took a little longer than planned, but she did a great job. Her customer service was fantastic and her prices are amazing.Thanks for making me look great for my event with the mayor of Vancouver today.Highly recommended service.

Shout out to the wonderful ladies at Centre Dry Cleaning! I brought in my daughter's beloved unicorn jammies for repair because the zipper had broken (it slid off on one end). They had it repaired within five minutes and didn't charge me for it. My daughter was so grateful, she put on the jammies as soon as I brought them home. Thanks again!

Took some to this place had to 3 month and it wasnt even clean would not recommend this place to any will never go there again
