They didnt have the product I was looking for but I was amazed by the help the staff gave me trying to help out...head and shoulders above the other big box stores who also didn't have what I was looking for. will be my go to store for building materials going forward.

Went in yesterday to pick up a few T-posts. They initially thought they had 5 but after going out to the warehouse, we found they didn’t have any! When we went back in to get a refund, we met Nelson who immediately instructed the team to upgrade us to heavy duty posts at no charge (a significant price difference). I’ll be checking in at Home Hardware as a first stop from now on.

Absolutely love it there. The best place to get everything you need. Every staff member going out of their way to help me everytime I go there. I've been everywhere in Ontario and I tell you this store as far as I'm concerned has the best #1 customer service bar none. That my opinion and I strongly stand by it. Decent enough selection, but they'll try to talk under their breath in your face to make you feel guilty for showing up 10 minutes before closing. All I needed was a box of nails, not my fault you closed the cash early. If you want to shut 'er down at 5:50, then advertise you hours as going to 5:50, not 6.

I don't often leave reviews but the level of customer service I just received warranted it. Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Another staff member volunteered to help with items to my car. A really lovely experience for a quick stop to the hardware store. I will come here first for all my hardware store needs in future! Thank you!

My first time visiting this store. Everyone lined up with distance from each other. The front line customer service persons were behind a screen, while still allowing easy delivery of purchase. I think it's challenging for staff to find items with a large selection, but good option (in these times) for things you don't want to wait to get. Positive experience.
