SO DISAPPOINTED! Got a manicure shellac and my nails did not come out good at all! I went back within a half hour after I noticed my nails looked like two different shades of pink, some are very lifted and my shellac is already starting to peel! The lady would not at least give me back the refund for the shellac portion. I told her I can’t stay for her to take the polish off and redo it as I have 2 babies at home and had plans for the rest of the day. I made an appointment for a reason! 4 people got their nails done including myself and only my nails looked AWFUL! I got mine done from I believe the manager because she was the one answering the phones and speaking to clients. My family got theirs done by other estheticians unfortunately the one that did mine was just awful. She started to get a bit rude as well. So bad!

Came to get a full set of acrylic nails and was not happy at all. The lady that did my nails was very aggressive with yanking my hand and arm, my nails are un even and lopsided. The acrylic isn't even on my nails evenly, I had asked her to fix them for me and pointed out what I wasn't happy with and she completely ignored me and yanked my hand back. While she was filing my nails she cut my finger and laughed about it. This experience was by far the worst I've ever had I didn't even let her paint my nails I got up paid and left. I was also not impressed when 2 ladies that came in 15 mins after my nails were being started both got full sets as well ended up leaving 20 mins before mine were finished.

Absolutely amazing service provided! My nails have never looked better. They were able to give me the look I wanted for a very reasonable price. Staff are extremely friendly and professional. Thanks again Helen I will definitely be back!

This was terrible service. The manager put nail polish on my cousin's nails that they knew was going to change colour in the sun. It looks awful. So we went back to ask for a refund, and she refused. Said we had to add a 4th layer of polish or else she will refund 20$ but will force us to wait to take off the polish. No refund because she had to remove the terrible colour job she did, and we didn't have time wait. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional, and started to yell at us when she is the one who did a terrible job.

This is by far the worst nail salon EVER. I live in Toronto and typically go to another salon but was home for an event and had a nail emergency. I decided on this salon because I had gone once before for a pedicure and what I usually get for my nails isn't difficult to replicate. I explained and showed pictures to the owner what I was looking for, they had me wait and another lady started working on my nails. I stopped her once to tell her that this isn't what I wanted and it was wrong, and the manager, the owner and an employee all came over to explain that it was correct and would look natural". Amazing! Made an appointment easily. They were fast and efficient! Did exactly what I had requested, and any little issue I had with my nails they would fix before I had the chance to say anything! My nails turned out perfectly! They were super friendly! Owner was wonderful and the price was super reasonable! Will be returning for sure!

This place after COVID was very much improved! The salon ladies had more experience and improve in their customer service, since I went there in 2019. The nails turned out amazing and flawless!!! They stayed on for so long and they were still shiny after 3 weeks!! So happy that this place exist!! I would definitely recommend!!!

I went here for the first time, not to mention my first Pedi in many many years! (poor girl haha) and she was very good! No rush, great massage! Paid for shellac and was very beautiful! Definitely returning monthly! The big toe, the shellac cracked but I believe because I had to wear new shoes the next day traveling on an airplane.. hardly noticeable...Thanks! xx
