Kim is absolutely AMAZING, and her work is beautiful. My wedding dress is very simple, so there was not much room for error. I am thrilled with how it turned out, and I highly recommend her for any dress alterations. Plus, she is such a kind and warm-hearted person!

She was amazing! Even with a busy schedule, she was able to get me in. My wedding dress was lost in shipping and couldn't make it to the original appointment and she was so understanding and nice. Very professional, and amazing customer service. If I ever need another dress altered she's who I will be calling.

Kim is phenomenal, like having your own precious auntie adjust your gown for you. My dress was strapless, which presented some challenges in the fit and ability to alter, but Kim offered several different options and we were able to decide together on the best way to adjust it. After spending so much to purchase my gown, I was happy to trust her with it. Her services were well priced. Highly recommend!

I took my wedding dress to Mrs. Sew and Sew after I found her in an article in the Tribune. First experience with a seamstress. She was quick, insightful, and gave me the dress I was looking for to wear to my wedding. The modifications included adjusting the straps, shrinking the dress to fit me (it was 3 sizes to big), and adding material to make it longer and covering my top half. The goal was to look like a saloon girl not be a saloon girl. Kim did just that in making my dress tasteful and beautiful. I love my dress and I will ask her again for any alterations I have as my first experience was a notable one.

I had her help me alter my dress a few months ago. I had a complicated dress but she was able to remove the train and shorten the dress itself while keeping the original detail on both the hem and waist of the skirt! She was very kind and listened to what I wanted and needed.Now my wedding is two weeks away and my dress does not fit as well anymore. I called her and she made room to see me that same day to get it fixed. I would definitely recommend her!

I had a botched alteration done to my wedding dress and had a week to find someone to fix it. Kim was beyond amazing! She worked me into her already crammed schedule with very compassionate, personalized service. I felt extremely comfortable with her as a person and as a seamstress. I am very happy to enthusiastically recommend Kim. She not only fixed my dress, she had it back to me in 24 hours!

Kim did an amazing job with my wedding dress! Thankfully, I didn’t need much done to it but she still made it perfect! She was also very friendly and listened to everything I needed.
