My wife and I recently got married on July 21 this year 2018. We set up our backyard to host the event for 200+ guests. I discussed in detail with Tim Halley. The ‘Roti Mon’. Tim conversed with me on multiple occasions, to get every last detail of what I required. He delivered exceptional food and service and attitude and was an absolute pleasure and received by everyone with the highest regard. I was approached by many of my guests throughout the evening, whom all expressed their love and satisfaction for the food Tim provided and served. He made our wedding the” best ever! “ I’ve been told this by many many of my friends and family. I also have the same opinion. Tim and his helpers, Shar and Keagan where absolutely outstanding! I would love to do it again every year. With my same wife of course!!! In fact we are going to turn our anniversary into a Ghost Town Jam Festival and hope Tim “the Roti Mon “will return. Cheers!!!

I ate his Roti last year at Riverfest. It was dry and inedible. Very slow service, waited well over 15 minutes. Will never eat Roti at Riverfest ever again.

We contacted Tim based on a recommendation of a friend to cater our outdoor wedding. We knew nothing about having an event like this catered. Tim responded quickly and before we knew it we had him at our house for an initial consult. We asked a lot of questions which Tim was very patient with and had all the answers to and he assured us many times that we could customize our menu the way we envisioned it for our special day. He quickly emailed us a sample menu based on our meeting which provided details of food and cost. In our opinion, his pricing was very competitive and with his amazing selection of food and customization we decided we had to go for him. What we loved most about Tim was his passion for perfection, his knowledge in the food industry and his willingness to sit with us many times to ensure our wedding day was exactly how we imagined. Leading up to the day, Tim reviewed our menu and logistics with us and took the time to bring us a sample of table linens etc to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. He provided us with his own staff and bartenders for the day who were simply amazing. He was punctual and everything was on schedule for the day and he even adjusted to our tardiness after photos. The food was beautifully set up and there was an abundance of food. We could have never of imagined to have so many compliments of how delicious the food was. From the amazing charcuterie display and canapays to stuffed chicken, tender striploin, freshly grilled vegetables to an assortment of crowd pleasing desserts and finally the late night poutine and homemade grilled chees. Our family loved him so much that they booked him for family Christmas dinner. We highly recommend Tim and his team for your catering needs. His food is all homemade with fresh local ingredients, his attention to detail is second to none, and his professionalism and passion is outstanding.Geordie & Lindsay
