One year ago my furnace failed at night. (a pulley broke) Calling all the numbers in the yellow pages was unsuccessful - except Saucier. After making sure that I had enough blankets he asked that morning will be OK.Early morning I got a cvall that he is coming so I got out from under the blankets before he arrived. He fixed the furnace and got it checked. CO was detected so I got a new high efficiency furnace installed (Oct-Jan gas consumption 9% less this year than last). EXCELLENT JOB.

These are wonderful and knowledgeable people. It is a pleasure to have had them do work for my company.

This has been the most friendliest kind and professional service I've ever received. From the time I called, Trina was the girl I spoke with, a friend recommended her and Saucier. It was a nice surprise to have someone so kind return my call so promptly. With my health issues, i had called on a holiday and was shocked to get a return phone call the next morning with a kind caring person that I now know, is Trina. Quinn & Brandon came early in the morning, worked steady without breaks, they were both informative and kind enough to answer my questions. I've had a lot of workers in my house the last few months and no one has been so kind, friendly, honest and hustled as hard as these 3 people. Friday a crew from Saucier came and removed my 50 year old furnace and installed a Napoleon. John was amazing to deal with and his crew were fantastic. Pleasant, courteous and professional. Thanks Saucier.

The professionals was excellent. He saved us from the coldest night with a furnace working. We r warm tonight because of them.

I inquired about fixing a fireplace gas line. They came to look at it, said I needed to order parts myself and quoted me 1700. I knew then I was not interested in their business as another company did the same job for 600.Then they send me an invoice for $350 for LABOUR when they didn't do anything and the guy was out of his truck for 20mins. They have been hounding me for months despite telling them no work was done. Avoid these guys at all costs, even calling them will cost you money.

Their man Paul saved our behinds on Monday!! Fixed a complicated and expensive" problem that would have cost us thousands for no reason

Fast and very economical. Excellent friendly staff, very efficient and knowledgeable service technicians. Won't call anyone else.

Went to Saucier for a quote which was supposed to be free. Tech was there for less than 15 minutes, did NO LABOUR, said I needed to order products that they didn’t have. So I moved on. The price I was quoted from them was four times the price the next business I approached offered for the same job. Now Saucier is hounding me for a bill on the quote that was supposed to be free. Steer clear from these crooks. They try to take advantage of you and over charge significantly compared to other companies in Sarnia.
