Made an appointment two weeks in advanced to get a part replaced, told it will take two hours.Take my car in for the appointment, and am told they will call me when it's done. Five hours later and no call, so I call them and am told that they don't have the part and it will be ready tomorrow.Wait all next day, call a couple times with no answer. Day after, I call again with no answer. Finally on the fourth day I call and am told the car is ready.Go to pick up car and the receptionist chats with someone for 15 minutes while making comments about how impatient society has become.Definitely won't be going back.

I called Bert in a small crisis. In putting my snow tires on another garage was unable to remove one of the locking wheel nuts on my tire and referred to me to my dealership who could not fit me in for another week.Bert was able to see me first thing the following day and fixed the issue in 10 minutes.He was skillful, helpful and extremely accommodating. Will return for future services.

I have been dealing with Eurowerks for a couple of decades now and am on my fourth car with their service. All repairs are professional grade with extra care taken to the finer points of customer service. The replacement parts are OEM. Their experience with the unusual is unparalleled which is knowledge gained through the combined experience of over 80 years working as mechanics on European vehicles.

I would not recommend this shop, went to him to save money , He charged me almost $1,200.00 and still my Benz ML350 not fixed, I had to pay him to release my SUV. He doesn't have the correct equipment to correctly diagnose your car. Example, I asked the shop to write me their finding and the codes, they denied my request. went in person to discuss my bill but he never wanted to meet me at front desk. absolutely terrible service and the customer service even worst. I am 60 years old and i have never seen such unprofessional behavior.

I was scheduled in promptly. Burt's vast experience is unbeatable. He tracked down the problem, showed me issues and resolved them. Parts arrived on time. Bill well itemized.

Second time going to them to fix the same issue. after this time they gave me the car back after replacing routers and servicing breaks ( I was told this was the issue) and the same two issues were not fixed. they gave me the car back for the second time after charging me $700 without fixing why they dropped it off and they knew the symptoms were not gone. Extremely rude customer service. lady at front desk just hung up on me.

I thought about saving some cash and to try eurowerks instead of going to my dealership. Mini usually charges around $75 for diagnosis. Anyway I went in and the man was very friendly, took my car in and 15 minutes later it was done. He explained that my car went in using a sophisticated machine that scans the vehicle without taking it apart.Without further adieu I was charged over $100 and the man reiterated that he didn't charge me extra for labour.. I was there no more than 20 minutes. Never saw any action.To top it all off, the diagnosis was not even specific.. It was all guesses as the man wrote three possible things that I might or might not" need replacing. I don't know how I thought I could save money by going to them they are more expensive than my dealershipNever again will I go to this place. If you guys want to spend a fortune then I suggest taking your car there. It's such a shame I had high hopes. I'm very disappointed. Went to mini to show their diagnosis and they just laughed at it and encouraged me to get my money back. But you know they can keep it.. hope you're happy! While I'm still with a problem. Warning to all of you. So sad."

I have known Burt for 25 years and he has been servicing my Mercedes all this time.I own a 1967 Mercedes Pagota Roof Convertible that was recently repainted and taken from the paint shop directly to Burt to have the engine and car made reliable for car shows. This car is worth approx. $150,000. The most recent visit had the gas tank cleaned and lined and the water pump replaced for $4200....hmm god damb expensive car repairs, but the most shocking was the damage to the newly painted car to the tune of $2000. Of course even thought Burt had full continuity of the vehicle from drop off from the paint shop to the pick up two weeks later, Burt denied any responsibility. Leaving me no alternative than to take his company to court for the damages. I called and left a message on his answering machine as soon as I got the car home and saw not only the damage but somebody tried to touch it up with white out. I could not get over the betrayal and was dumbfounded so I returned to speak to Burt who denied any involvement as though the car was never at his shop. Shame Shame on you for treating your loyal customers this way! It is not about the damage, the cost of repairs or a gripe about the ridiculous bill I paid but more about complete disappointment in a man and his reputation.

If I could give it a 0. I would. DO NOT TAKE ANY CAR HERE. They are a rip off artist. A valve cover gasket job, and three + weeks later plus $5000 + later, just to get the car back. Every time I called, they couldn’t give me answer. When or why, the car will be done. Just kept saying they are a unique car. RUN go anywhere else. The dealer would have be 5 X + cheaper.

Very professional service and they use top quality replacement parts , and they tackle jobs and tasks that the dealer won’t even touch. Awesome customer service and very extremely talented personal with talent and experience that can’t be taught only learned with experience.
