I ordered karhai paneer and this is what I got…. This is the furthest thing from karhai paneer I have ever seen. Absolutely no paneer and 0 taste. Extremely disappointed, I had family over and this is what I had to deal with. I called and they said they wouldn’t honour any return and wouldn’t refund…..

Kwality is a good restaurant that’s been around a while. Service is good and menu is appetizing. They do have some opportunities though.First thing the restaurant can be cleaner. They are better than before but really put a greater effort on the cleanliness. Chefs also need to be knowledgeable on the menu and understand allergies. They need to really have management presence when it comes to allergies. Finally the over abundance of spice is not great. Start your dishes at a mild level and add spice level. Butter chicken should be mild but even if ordered mild it’s very spicy. You feel it the next day.The food is fantastic though. The kebabs, tikkas are excellent. Anything tandoori is done well. Again they need to watch spice level. The side garnishes like onions and pickles could be better. The naan is well made and I’m seeing many places can’t seem to make a good naan. Kwality does a good job. Dosa is nice giving actual dosa places a run for their money. Value is defiantly there at Kwality.I suggest if you come to Kwality stick with the tandoori food. Ask for little spice so you don’t feel bad the next day. The butter chicken is good, they put tandoori pieces in it like they should. I’ve had the goat and lamb and it’s also very good. Real good Punjabi food here.The sweets are also excellent. They are fresh and soft like they should be. They are not overly sweet. Service at the restaurant is good from everyone generally.

Trued chhole bhature. The price is a little higher than other places but their service is better. We were served quickly, food arrived rapidly. Good food, good atmosphere, quick service. They don't serve single samosa for dinein.

“KWALITY SWEETS & RESTAURANT”I am giving these 3 STARS just because of the CHHOLE BHATURE otherwise the service every time I visit is Pathetic and my experience is really disappointing.The waiters are not concerned about your choices and order details.On our recent visit we ordered Chole Kulcha and I personally requested to make the Kulchha CRISPY but when when it came it was so soggy and undercooked and on complaining waiter told me that this is how it is made and he can’t do anything.Really Disappointed.

Went their with my family and tried the best food items like channa bhatura, Chowmein, Tandoori paneer, dosa and beverages.. my mom love the filter coffee and I love their huge traditional style serving of Lassi. Must go with empty stomach, I'm sure you will end up eating a lot since the portion is good.

Great taste. we both ordered their trademark, CHANNA BHATURA and it's totally worth. Service is great. BISHNU took care very well. One plate is perfect and fine for one person and it comes with the sweet hallwa too. Atmosphere is good and though it's busy they kept it clean. Coffee is good but ask them not to put chocolate powder on top if you don't like it like us.

Got a plate of aloo puri which is good in taste as per my experience.Ordered for a chicken Manchurian chowmin as well- no so good honestly it smelled unusual.Got some mithai too those were good in taste.HONESTLY EXPENSIVE, NOT WORTH IT ACCORDING TO THEIR PRICES.THEY CAN IMPROVE A LITTLE MORE ON kwality" of their food"

This place has a normal taste and very crowded. This place would be good for North Indian food but South Indian dishes doesn’t taste good. Samosa was too bland as well. Overrated restaurant.Customer service is a good and a clean and tidy restaurant as well.

Wonderful service and delicious authentic Indian food. I was extremely impressed with the quality and taste of each dish. They have both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Desserts are of top quality as well. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
