We bought a 2011 Kia Rio that was supposed to be certified. They did not show or give us the certification record. I took the car to my mechanic and both front ball joints were dangerously worn. My mechanic would not let me out of the shop driving with it in that shape. It cost me over $300 for that repair. The engine oil was so low that it hardly registered on the dipstick. I immediately topped it up and then had to change the oil as it was incredibly dirty. I ended up costing me $400 to do what should have been done for the certification. Poor business practice!

I recently bought a van from femi and my experience was great. I had been looking for a vehicle that would fit my needs and budget for a while and I found it at Forward auto sales. Femi and his team were very patient with me they gave me great customer service before during and after the sale. He was very honest about everything and gave me everything he promised. Was told brakes would be good for 2 years, no issues during test drive. Drum brakes are rusted and started to squeel day after taking it home, turns out that one of the drum brakes e brake is constantly pulled. That's going to need replacing

Had a great experience buying my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe from Femi at Forward Auto. I called from Kitchener and purchased the vehicle over the phone as I did not have time to go to Toronto to test drive. The vehicle was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Femi was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He made sure the vehicle was safe and went above the MTO standards. I felt Femi was honest and Forward Auto is an honest dealership.
