Pooches n pals always does an outstanding job! My dog has been seeing Tanya for years and I wouldn’t trust him with anyone else. They truly go above and beyond and make you and your pet feel like family. Thank you for all you do Tanya and the team!

I really liked my first visit! My dog is a small, VERY excited little dude with long hair and they not only tolerated him, but genuinely seemed to enjoy him. They also got him looking and smelling fabulous, and the cut is holding better (is that even a thing??) than some others he's gotten done.Parking was a worry of mine. But there are some parking spots right in front of the shop, on Lakeshore. There were several available both when I came to drop him off, and pick him up. It was great.I'll definitely be bringing him back. Looking forward to it!

Molly has been coming here for 18 months. We have always been pleased with her groom. Staff has always been very professional, highly recommend Pooches an’ Pals.

I brought my puppy in for a groom a week ago and I am still very upset with the customer care and service I received at this groomer. The groomer completely shaved down my puppy’s fur because it was “matted”. I agree that there may have been some knots in her fur, but I have never had a problem like this at a grooming salon. They said they shaved her down so they would not cause her pain- fine I am not writing this review due to that. When I picked her up, I was in disbelief with the groomer’s work. It appeared that they just shaved her down and did no detailing, yet I had to pay full price. I probably could have done a better job myself even though I have never used an electric razor. My puppy’s fur was uneven on every single body part. I asked the groomer to leave her eyelashes and I found those to be cut as well. I emailed the owner regarding how upset and unsatisfied I am with the groom, especially for not taking account my wants. There was no apology or taking accountability for the groomer’s work. The owner asked me to come back so she can fix the groom, but I will never trust Pooches n' Pals with a groom again. This was my second time coming to Pooches n' Pals- the first time the grooming was also uneven, but tolerable. I wanted to give this salon a second chance and I regret that I did. I have attached just a few of the pictures I have from that day.

So grateful for Pooches and Pals! My wooly Siberian Husky has so much fur, and it gets impacted in the spring … they spend so much time working through her beautiful fur, and do their best to keep her from getting too stressed out.

This is the worst groomer in Mississauga. They BUTCHERED my Morkie. I complained and didn't receive ONE SINGLE reply by phone or email nor did I get a refund. I showed several pictures to them of exactly what I wanted & they didn't follow them at ALL. A 4 year old child could have done a better job. And they brought him out to me AFTER I paid and gave a tip! They cut right to the skin above his eyebrow and it's taken since November to get him back to normal. There are over 6 groomers crowded into one small room. I can only imagine how nervous he was. SHAME ON YOU!You can see how he is SUPPOSED to look versus how they BUTCHERED his beautiful fur.The Port Credit BIA should close your business

My standard poodle was groomed yesterday by Fatima. I could not be happier. She followed all directives and same for his last grooming session. She is attentive, sensitive to our dog's needs and gentle with our dog.

I love this place! The staff welcomes you with big smiles and hearty greetings. Fatima is excellent and always makes my pup look gorgeous! They handle the pets with love and care. Highly recommend the place

I came across this from Google and I am so please!!I brought my almost 15 year old Yorkie in for a groom and they did such a fantastic job. Drop off and pick up was an ease ans my dog wasn't stressed!I can't wait to come back
