The donuts at the Picton store seem to be fresher than at some other stores, especially Belleville. Not sure why. The service here is very nice too.

It's a great place , but can use a better setup for a lineup ....people always butt in front of you ..or there not sure were the line starts in there .... i had seen it start fist fight's ..lol.. so beside's that and maybe a garbage can in the drive through , as im a volu teer and walk through town picking up litter and most of tbe litter is from tim horton's ... and when i asked people why do they litter there tim horton's , They answear with no garbage can's at drive through ..... anyway over all great customer service , alway's a smile , and. Fresh coffee , freshly made donut's ... :)

Only drawback to this location is that it closes early (9pm I believe). I worked in this town a few times and wanted to get a coffee before driving 1hr home, but it was closed.

The acting supervisor gave me 2 teas then another 2 teas while I ordered 2 coffee's. I had a customer smell the teas and confirmed it was tea. A fellow employee did confirm it was tea after smelling it and swapped the teas for coffee. Very disappointed in how Tim Horton's is handling business. The supervisor refused to confirm she was wrong or smell the tea but said she wasn't tasting it, I never said to taste it. Further more customers were waiting to place orders and even said this is not good customer service. Head office has done nothing to correct this issue.I am updating this review after calling head office 2x in this matter . I received a call from the owner of this location received an apology and a $25 gift card. Head office needs to step up their game to follow up things.

Don’t risk damaging your car entering their unsafe parking lot. The holes in the pavement are huge. Beyond simple “disrepair”.

Been going to this Tim's basically my whole life. Used to think highly of it until a few summers ago. Going in with a few friends (who are not white) meant we either were treated very poorly and disrespectfuly or were outright denied service. An example of this is me going in with my best friend. They had just served a customer when we began placing our orders and the manager leaned over the glass and told us they were closed. As we were leaving, the man behind us just walked to the counter and began ordering, the manager nowhere to be found. Unfortunately like a lot of picton businesses, this place suffers from having racist staff. In fact had a nearly identical experience at Prince Edward Pizza. If you don't feel like being discriminated against, would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your coffee and donuts.

A bit too much injustice at this location, could not order. I was waiting in line behind this person with a big order, no biggie, one dude ahead of me after that. But as im waiting in line.... a person walked in and got 3 coffees to go without the line i was waiting in, then a dude entered the line behind me and one of the horton peoples served him.Dang.I got out of there, thats just mean man.

Tried to order a chai latte. Older woman at the cash didn't know what it was. She was frustrated not knowing how to enter it. I explained it may be under lattes and she suggested I go to Starbucks for a fancy drink. I responded how about we ask someone? She called someone over and told her I can't find this stupid latte".
