This review is strictly based on their apple section, we waited about 25 minutes until we got help. When we asked for assistance from some of the employees that were walking by, they just said they are not from that department … they all had the same answer “we’ll get someone for you” …. I don’t understand why it took 25+ minutes to get assistance in one of the most known product departments ….

The store is very organized, with a lot of parking space outside.Items mostly are in stock. If not, the sales staff will help in placing the order online which gets delivered to your home with no extra cost.The sales staff is knowledgeable, quick and goes the extra mile to help you with your requirements.

Went to shop here some days ago. As I was entering, I was immediately greeted by an employee who then directed me where I needed to go for PS5s. Staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to come purchase what I came for quickly without any hassle or issues.

I was lied to.I bought a Macbook Pro here and was offered a discount if I purchased a protection plan. I was told I had to join the Geek squad membership to do so on a monthly basis and could cancel anytime.Now that I try to cancel the membership I'm being charged $220 and and additional $382 Variance Fee". This "variance fee" isn't even mentioned anywhere on the receipt and it even exceeds the discount I was offered!Quite baffling and just awful and disingenuous customer service.Would recommend avoiding this location at all cost."

Disclaimer: this review is purely on the location not with the customer service.This place has a well laid out floor with all the electronics displayed according to their brands. TVs, projectors, kitchen appliances, keyboards, etc. they have it all.Lots of parking as well so it was convenient to access as well.

I always go to Best Buy store on Larid Dr. in East York Toronto when I need any electronics. Today I went to get a new laptop. Sales Associates in this location are committed to a great service and are very friendly. The store manager has definitely a great team, he/she can be proud of. Today wasn't any different, but I decided to provide feedback online. I just want to say thank you to Abaan the sales associate who helped me get a new laptop. Abaan knows his stuff, he is very helpful and he is very pleasant to talk to. Thank you Abaan for a great customer service.

I cannot say enough about this store location and its customer service. Every time I have come to the store, I receive exceptional customer service. I am so happy with the customer service I receive each time that I had to finally write a review. my visit today was no exception. Kim, Niro and Chris did everything possible for me to obtain a product I need it urgently. All three went beyond their duties to help me and insured I received my product. Thank you so much to the Leaside team for being incredible all the time.

Manelik is awesome his customer service is top notch. He kept his promise and followed up until I completed my purchase process. Niro also did help a lot during my purchase. A good store to shop in highly recommended.
