Manager is so rude the president and she sends agents to the office when during covid19 wake up. She fired 3 people during covid 19 she can't do that. Stop following American rules and follow Canadians rules. About covid 19. Office should make lunch rooms bigger and have proper cleaners. People don't work their and they don't care about full-timers

Great account people who are helpful, but as a business owner it has been frustrating with the agents and setup:1. No dashboard or reporting for me to see how my minutes are being used2. Agents send me emails with no clear wording about whether they are telling me something or are asking me a question. So now I have to email them back, then they have to respond which is now costing me 2x the billable time.3. I am a process-focused person and gave the Toronto Managers, at the training phase, a document about what information the agents needed to collect. That happened rarely.My advice: find a company with a smaller number of agents, or dedicated agents, who can get to know your business and processes.

Terrible management and it shows. Manager works in favouritism and not by seniority. The lack of proper training won't allow necessary scheduling to be utilized.. This is not a nice place to work. We were scared into making sure we did well on phone calls. Manager only spoke to us if we did something wrong. The only people who work here are young and desperate; therefor easily manipulated. I would not recommend anyone work here if they care anything about their mental health.
