Very rude customer experience. I had a disgusting cup of coffee. Went to return it, to be kicked out of the store due to my opinion. When I called head office they explained it would probably be better to just not go there, that their complaint department had been receiving several complaints. They lied about my child making messes in the store ,( even spoke to the employees and they all loved my son and said he was very helpful!)Now it has been over a year since I stepped foot in that restaurant. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

I asked for a bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese. I asked nicely to have to cream cheese spread on both sides.This is in the drive thru.I get up to the window and ask the cashier if she just charged me for double cream cheese.The girl that took my order punched in double herb and garlic cream cheese because it only goes on the one side.The bagel was already made when I got to the window and was made with double cream cheese" because apparently it's a huge issue and time problem to take a knife and spread the allotted cream cheese on both sides of a bagel.I told the girl at the cash that I didn't ask for double cream cheese and I wasn't paying for it.The other girl that took my order just looked at me and said " well the cream cheese only goes on one side" I said " is it really that big of a deal to spread cream cheese on both"??She just gave me a dirty look and ran away to look busy.I would have given a 0 rating but the girl that handed me my stuff was super nice."

Tim Hortons has declined over the past few years. The food is tasteless made by employees that could not care less . Service is abysmal. Bought 1/2 dozen donuts tonight. Seriously have bought better at the grocery store. Corporate office thinks by adding sandwiches,soup, wraps etc it would add to it's appeal. WRONG. Donuts are nothing like they used to be and the variety is 1/2 of what the original concept was. Well done greedy corporation. I will not buy anything else from Tim Hortons again. I am sick of being disappointed and sick of wasting my money on some group of corporate ninnies who think they know what quality is.

Ordered a BBQ crispy chicken wrap, not sure what this is. Was going to say something but the girl who served me (and made the wrap) said “I dropped a piece of your chicken, sorry, and I’m not very good at wrapping, sorry.” I had to admire her honesty and couldn’t bring myself to centre her out lol.

Food was mehService was lacking and we had 2 cars to place orders for which was explained immediately. The order taker was confused when told exactly what drinks were going to the first car which was paying. So not very impressed with the service and negative feedback from the attendees at the window.Never went inside so no comment on the atmosphere but the window explained the Atmosphere enough for me to second guess this location

Constantly messing up orders. Gone here multiple times and can never get the order correct. Weekend staff at the window aren't very friendly at all. Terrible service

Jeff who was the awesome person who took my order was GREAT!! Pleasant very professional and a great sense of humor!!! He certainly is an asset to this Tim Horton in Trenton!!! I was only visiting there today so I am not a regular, however. I have visited one other Tim Horton in Trenton, while the service was good, I will go back to this location next time!!! Thank you Jeff for your hospitality!!!
