Days Inn by Wyndham Lethbridge

Snall room ... only 2 pillows and had to ask for a blanket as all they had on the bed was a thin bedspread and a sheet. Bathroom was scuzzy ... floor cracked and tub looked dirty. Only good thing to say was the lady at the front desk was great. Won't be staying here anytime soon.

Took my daughter and two of her friends there as a finish to her birthday weekend. The night and day attendance were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to please. The room was clean and just a few steps away from the pool/ waterslide which is what we had gone there for. It isn't a crazy waterslide or a deep pool which was perfect for us as there were three of them (8yr) and only one of me.Thin blankets but was told to ask if i needed more. Didn't bother though as thats what the heater/air conditioner is for and it worked perfectly. Beds we not that comfortable but I understand we are not at an expensive place so you have to be realistic with your expectations.All in all we had a great time and will return.Thank you to the staff of Days Inn for helping make my daughter's birthday weekend a smashing success!!!We'll see you again soon.

This place was very outadated, the rooms were tiny and the bathrooms were gross. I barely got any blankets and the food was very poor. The view was nice but a homeless guy almost died next to the hotel.

Girl at check-in was pleasant, room is dated bath tub has peeling paint bed was not comfortable, only two pillows we like 4, a top sheet and very thin bed cover for blankets. Parking lot was extremely icy no effort at snow removal at all . Teens running around all night screaming , you would think the Management would have told them that was unacceptable behavior, will not be staying here again and will tell all my friends to go elsewhere

Just checked out of here. Beds were terrible, small rooms, there weren't even comforters on the beds, only a nasty top sheet. Breakfast had nothing hot by 9 am, there wasn't anything fresh, not one piece of fruit, only sugary processed food. Cherry on top they wouldn't even let us use the pool after we checked out which has never happened before and we travel a lot for sports. Kids were upset, thumbs down.

A very nice hotel. The rooms were great and had VERY comfortable beds however I was looking for a few more pillows. The location is 5 stars because when you are in the hot tub if you look out the window, you can see a beautiful valley and view. The breakfast was lacking in choices but I will not complain because they had bagels(of which I had 3) the pool was super amazing and had a waterslide that threw you off. Totally a safety hazard if not for the sign that said something like: NON-SWIMMERS CAN'T USE THE SLIDE. Anyway whole experience was 4 stars

The positive was the staff seemed friendly and did try to work with us.Not so great - A room for 6 only has 3 towels. There was only once we saw clean pool towels there was only 3 and lots of ppl at poolWe had 1 blanket in the room with 2 queen and bunk beds. We had to call for pillows and blankets for bunk beds. Queen beds had a top sheet and thin colored blanket?" That's like a sheet.The tub was old and chipping. The rooms are dated but that's no biggy. But a chipping tub that looks dirty I didn't want to bath my kids in.10pm the toilet wouldn't stop running one night.(they did fix pretty quick just inconvenient with 4 sleeping kids)No wifi in our room at all. Tv wasn't set up properly so had to manulla press the input button on the tv to get it to work every time you turn on.(pain when doing it in the dark with sleeping kids

We stayed in a courtyard room" which over looks the breakfast area & pool. It was unbearably hot and humid. If you had kids that area might be alright otherwise AVOID courtyard view. Rooms carpet and bathroom were pretty nasty. Small beds with no blankets only 2 small sheets. Breakfast is basic. I would probably avoid in the future and I don't have super high standards."

With some additional cleaning, this could be a nicer affordable hotel. As it was, our room was kind of gross. The tv took 20 minutes of troubleshooting to get working. The a/c in the room was virtually useless.The pool accessibility is lacking as you have to climb over a wet rock formation to get to it. It felt sketchy as a sure footed athlete, my mother-in-law didn't even try.
