Todd and Anne are fantastic to work with. My husband and I started exploring the idea of building a house and Todd did multiple site visits with us - first to give us an idea on costs and second to explore the multiple land options we were in the market for. He was very realistic and made sure we knew everything we needed to before going ahead with any purchase. We did a custom build with him and it was the best choice. My brother had worked with him previously on a custom and so we knew him from that and he came highly recommended. We’ve since built an outbuilding with him as well. I recommend him all the time and I would definitely build another home with him when the time comes.

The owner doesn't pay his sub contractors.I was ripped off for thousands of dollars, I am positive there is more out there besides me.

Call me any time or come by to see my house. Million dollar house and this is acceptable and considered quality. I'll be paying a lot of money to have fixed.

What an excellent, professional, trust worthy home building company to deal with. This was our first custom build we had done and it was a great experience right from design to moving in. Todd was excellent to talk to, always available and always realistic based on our needs and budget. He built our house as if he was building his own home. Quality workmanship and pride in his work through and through. I would have him build for us again hands down, I wouldn't trust anyone else. If you want a quality built home, built for you and/or your family that will get you great return and be proud of for years to come....this is your Builder....hand down!!

Hired TRF Woodcrafts to build a house, three years later the house was completed and we took possession. After two years the drive way began to create cracks we asked the builder to inform us of the sub -contractor so we could hopefully get some resolve to the problem which he refused.Buyers beware apparantely drive ways and concrete pathways are not covered by B.C. building codes.
