Amazing customer service from the auto service department. Called all over Winnipeg to try and order a specific set of winter tires and couldn’t get anywhere, within 5 minutes of talking to Leslie she had everything figured out for me. She was personable and resourceful, highly recommend dealing with this Canadian Tire

Great store just sometimes you ask some of the staff on the floor or if you can find one they don't have a clue what you are asking them or what the tool is or what's it's used for.

Thank you to the mechanics who helped us out as our car stopped in Portage la Prairie and the only mechanic was Canadian Tire. I haven’t had positive experiences in the past with the mechanics at Cdn Tire; however, this was different. This mechanic ran an analysis on our car to figure out why it stopped working. A part was ordered from Winnipeg and the mechanic and his boss decided the part ($500) was not required to put into the car. The sensor was cleared and we were on our way. Great service. Very friendly…just like the licence plate says “friendly Manitoba”. Best Canadian Tire I have ever been to. Just can’t thank them enough!!!!

Customer service is lacking these days. Sadly, retail stores, especially from large corporations, no longer care as much for their customers because they don't need to work as hard for their profits. We as consumers are being played being sold poor quality merchandise from China and other 3rd world countries, so we continually repurchase these items. Their only concerns today are profits. Sadly!

I went in looking for an electronic dead bolt. I found what I needed and headed for the check out. Each cashier had 3 people in line but as I got there the gal at customer service waved me over. She rang up my purchase, thanked me for coming in. I thanked her and was on my way. I was very pleased with my shopping experience at CT today.

Good selection of houseware, tools, automotive supplies and gardening tools and plants (as well as many other items!). Never any problem with finding what I need (especially now that the app + website tell you which aisle to find what you're looking for!). Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and the store is clean and organized.

The staff within this location were so kind and fantastic! We stopped here as it was the closest auto shop to us when we had emergency car problems and the staff in the auto centre were amazing. They helped us right away and reassured us that they will be able to help us. They went above and beyond to help us out and give us the proper information. Most importantly, their prices were beyond reasonable! Extremely happy with the service we received! I also wanted to mention that Larry and Derek provided us with exceptional service, along with the techs who were working on our car!

It's nice to have a store so close to where I live it's awesome to go onto the app and find out quickly if they have it in stock as it saves a lot of time. Staff are friendly and often try to get items as quickly as they can.
