Kelowna Kia

Bought a brand new Kia in 2016 and have 100,000 km without any issues. This week I my check engine light came on and I called Kia and got in right away. Harold and his team made sure I was taken care of, and managed to get my car fixed under extended warranty, it was greatly appreciated! They kept me in the loop the entire time it was in the shop. The service was outstanding!I also want to shout-out Andrew, we decided to look at other vehicles and go for a few test drives. Andrew was not pushy and made us feel very comfortable- you can tell he really cares about getting his customers in the right car with payments they are comfortable with. By far the best car shopping experience I have ever had. Although we didnt purchase this time, he will be the first person we call when we decide to.

I worked with Jordan on getting a new EV6 and the experience was amazing. It was my first car purchase (electric or not) in Canada, so I had a ton of questions - Jordan was always there to help and explain. That made the whole process a breeze. I recommend Kelowna Kia!

I dealt with Kyle and he was honestly awesome! It was very fast. They worked super hard to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted as well as getting my payments down as low as possible. It was honestly a wonderful experience and I will stick with them if I ever need to get another car!

Damien was great to work with. He really beat the perceived car-salesmen persona and was work with me from the get go. After exploring all the options available within my budget and available inventory we found the perfect fit. When my car came into the dealership a week later he personally came to pick me up. As usual we were promptly & warmly welcomed , even though accident traffic caused me to be late for my appointment. After I picked up my car I couldn’t get the driver’s display to reset. I returned to Kelowna Kia & Harold showed me how settings for several features worked. As we took delivery during Covid, we didn’t receive the normal detailed orientation to our vehicle. All the staff is very welcoming. Every staff member I encountered greeted me with a friendly smile.

Our experience with Kelowna KIA was phenomenal. Devin provided us with a genuine experience that really made us comfortable and cared for. What was also great was the fact of options we had for used and new cars. Justin also provided us with a great experience and made us feel welcomed. We live in Trail and have been looking at upgrading our SUV lately. With Kevin, Justin and Chad help we succeeded today. Monday Kevin and Justin had worked out a deal with myself through phone calls, photos and messages. Working all week we could not make the trip over till Saturday. Chad got a hold of me on Friday as the point of contact when we get there Saturday to the dealership. We are met by the young lady at the front counter who greeted us as if we were at her house in a very friendly personality. She informed Chad we were there. My granddaughter and myself went to the Telluride we had purchased and was sitting in it when Chad came over and introduced himself. Chad walked us through the various areas of the Telluride and we proceeded on our road trip. Came back to the dealership to have the service department change over our all season tires with new winter tires so that we could return home safe in our new Telluride. Justin went through the financing with various offers of what to get that could be included. Along the way Justin offered his honest opinion on some that he felt were a benefit and some that he himself might not want, but we might want. Through the process of working with Kevin Threadgill, Justin Desjardins and Chad Lupuliak and the service department I never felt rushed, overwhelmed or misunderstood. Completed respect for the work they do and highly recommend working with them on any KIA product you are interested in.
