Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Detroit location wasn’t able to accommodate my reservation at the last minute so I had to go to the Ferndale location. The weren’t as welcoming especially being that was my very first time visiting that location, as well as they seemed to a little annoyed with me asking questions about the price difference or any other questions plus the vehicle wasn’t as clean !!

I was in a car accident just before Christmas and my car insurance covered a rental for 30 days until my car was repaired. My initial experience was good. I picked up the car, Jessica updated the rental from a compact to a Jeep (nice), thanks Jessica. However the day the coverage was ending a gentlemen called and stated the rental would be expiring and how did I want to proceed. I stated let me see if my insurance will extend the coverage. Hours later Jessica called stating the same information but with a very bad attitude. My vehicle was still at the collision shop so I immediately called the collision shop and asked how much longer would it be until my vehicle would be ready. They talked to management and stated they would cover the rental until my vehicle was finished and that they would contact the rental company to set up the process to take over payment of the rental. I also called my insurance company and relayed this information, my agent called and confirmed this with the collision shop and said they would also contact the rental company to change the payee. I am unsure as to the communication breakdown. A week later Jessica called again with a horrible attitude. I mentioned to her that the collision shop said they would cover payment and reached out to you all. She stated no one has contacted me. I then again immediately called the insurance company and the collision shop and they both told me the same thing, they contacted the rental company and everything is all set. Days later Jessica called again stating she was going to report the car stolen, etc. She was completely unprofessional, rude and downright insulting. I was then also told my driver's license had expired 1/**/2023, somehow it was entered into the system incorrectly, it does not expire until 2030. I had to leave work early to show another copy of my driver's license. Once she finally spoke to the collision shop and verified my license was not expired, I never received an apology for her unprofessional-ism and accusatory behavior toward me. There are still good people out here.

Excellent customer service. I was involved in a hit and run accident and this place was absolutely amazing with helping me with a rental and were more than accommodating of my needs during the process.

Excellent experience at Enterprise Ferndale. Alexis (Assistant manager) was incredibly helpful and professional. By far the best experience I've ever had at a vehicle rental facility.

You just don't get customer service like this anymore. My car was totaled, so I had to get a rental. So you can assume how terrible my day was going. But the kindness and warmness displayed made me feel a little better. Like seriously.

I received a rental because of an car accident. So I upgraded by $5 more for a better vehicle. So they started calling asking for the difference every week. So I looked into my bank account and they just took the money without my permission. They put this Jessica person on the phone whom I never spoke with talking about they've been trying to call me, her attitude was very bad. I don't recommend anyone every doing business with them. I won't be!!!!!!

I've always just used Enterprise because the Insurance Company would send me there. Service was okay before. But this experience was the best customer service I ever received. Mr. Cheeseman was the best. He knew how to make the experience relaxing. When coming to get the rental, checking on me during the rental time, to me bringing back the rental. It is now the rental office that i tell my friends and family about. He definitely reads people! Best personally for the job. If I ever need another rental not because of insurance this would be the office i prefer.Thanks!

There is a wonderful human by the nickname “Cheese” who works at this location. I usually dread these calls to the branches but Cheese was as helpful as someone could be and although he was feeling a little under the weather provided the best customer service I have had at Erac in the last 3 years. God bless Cheese and he deserves a raise!

I made my reservation online, last minute. Pick up was fast and easy. Andrew was extremely polite and professional. I noticed a Ding in the lift gate after I had left the office, before I had an opportunity to call about it Andrew texted me just as a follow-up so I was able to tell him about it. No problem. And when I advised him I would be about an hour late returning the rental he again was helpful and accommodating. I always use Enterprise at the Ferndale location and this was by far my best experience and it was 100% due to the staff.
