is there an option for zero? fedex closes supposedly at 5pm. arrived 15 minutes before closing and clerk said because it’s closing time soon that he can’t release the package (the system won’t allow him). just shut the store at 4.30 then? stop wasting everyone’s time.

Warning headsets can not be returned. There is NO sign in the store or labels on the merchandise that says final sale but if you read your receipt it will have it printed on it. This leaves it to the discretion of the person at the sales counter whether to mention this or not.When I tried to return the headset since it did not work with my phone they told me of the policy. I showed them they had no signage and their response was they didn't want to get in trouble for returning the merchandise since it would cost the store money. I mentioned that instead it would cost my family instead of the store for their mishandling of the sale. Is it better that my young family of 2 and 5 take on the expense?Wish I could give it no stars

Small store, I think Walmart and Costco will be better choices, unless you need photocopying or scanning.

Alittle disapointed. The service by the woman in the copy section was great. Extremely helpful. But after making my copies i needed an envelope she was swamped. I went to the main cash where 2 employees were leaning on the desk arms folded and asked if one of them could just go get me one. They refused and said i'd have to go find one and pay for it. When i said you normally give free ones in the copy section" they said no and continued to talk to each other.Horrendous service."

Stopped in at the printing center here to get some stuff printed before christmas. The manager Rhythm was amazing, curteous, helpful, and above all professional. With all the printing competitors being useless in the area, definetly check these guys out!

I was able to return an item which had a defect and exchange it right away with a different item, the staff were very friendly and helped resolve the issue quick.Great place to buy gadgets and printers, sometimes they make good offers on select items. Plus here you can find Purolator and FedEx and fax services.

Dropped in to pick up a passport application and was told no one keeps it on hand. Was surprised to hear that because they take passport photos. Why not provide it for convenience? Training person was adamant that no one carries it. Wrong! Canada Post outlets carry the paper mail in applications. I couldn't believe he was the trainer. No wonder his staff has his attitude.
