Brian has saved me more than once! He is always super fast to respond and to fix the problem (even when the problem is not a real problem lol)! He never makes fun of me for my silly little call outs, even if he should haha! But seriously, he has guided me through hottub codes and concerns over the phone and does not hesitate to do so. Will 100% continue to use premier hot tubs! There is no one else
