TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Mauvais service à la clientèle.Je suis allé pour avoir service au comptoir, il était 17h10 et la succursale etait déjà fermée. (Sur internet ça dit que cela ferme a 18h). Il y a avait deux personnes a l'intérieur, un homme et une femme (je crois que la femme est la même personne que le gens parle dans d'autres reviews plus bas). Quand j'ai vu qu'ils étaient fermés j'ai décidé de faire la transaction au GAP. Tout se déroulait bien, jusqu'à temps que la machine à eu un problème. j'avais fait un dépôt(cash) et l'argent à bloquer à l'intérieur de la machine. J'ai fait une signe au personnel pour demander du support,C'est là que j'ai eu mauvaise expérience.J'ai même pas eu le temps de finir ma phrase et la dame m'as couper en me disant qu'ils sont fermés et qu'ils peuvent pas m'aider. ensuite, ils sont partis en arrière sans rien dire. j'ai attendu en croyant qu'ils allaient m'aider... Rien du tout.En tant que client, j'ai peur de ne pas récupérer l'argent et en plus avoir un mauvais service.Ça m'as faite ma soirée...Très déçu

This location is not open on Sundays and during the week the wait times can be fairly long . Their atm only accepted check deposits on Sunday which is useless because if I wanted to deposit a check I would have taken a picture in the app instead of wasting my time and gas to drive to the bank.

I have to visit this branch 2-3 times a week (no choice) The service is not so bad in general, but the manager is a little rude lady that has no shame embarrassing clients in front of everybody. I have experienced this situation more than once. Horrible person.

Workers dont seem to comprehend the hoops that td as an organization is putting its clients through... and we are being given false Information... when they cant do anything they enjoy pointing the finger to others instead of rectifying the situation. I've spent enough here In fees to have earned a certain amount of respect. Stay away

WOW! just wow.This weekend i passed by the branch with a reoccurring problem, that i struggled for so long to fix. Lucky I landed an appointment with a gentlemen, by the name Francis DI Feo. I'll just keep this Short and sweet, he is just awesome, and helped me out with all of my problems. Not one question went unanswered. Fast and on the ball. Very satisfied. Go TD!!

One worker on a saturday. Spent over 15 mins on a client. when three other client was waiting. Slow service.

Most unpleasant stuff you can imagine. Never seen this kind of behavior in any TD branch ever.

In general, the service in this branch is good, but we have been trying to make an appointment for weeks and when we were finally given one, Annie Picard attended us that the best thing she could tell us was, that she did not know, to look for an accountant, or some online translator tool that could help us and in less than 10 minutes we were out of the bank without solving the doubts we had and with a very bad experience, that kind of thing lets us see how they treat adults with difficulties with the language

Personnel not helpful, rude as well.
