Great location to go and pick up apple products and accessories. Their knowledgeable staff have helped me pick out several accessories for my devices and help me choose which device best suit my purposes when I am upgrade or buying gifts for family. Their prices are a bit expensive but I feel this is in-line with the general increased price associated with apple products.

While there are definitely some friendly people working there my experience was not the best to say the least. I brought in a MacBook with water damaged and was told it would be fixed by the next weekend. I hadn’t heard any news or updates, so I called the store (no answer) then emailed them. I got ahold of the store manager who told me the parts for my Mac were dead on arrival (of course not their fault). Was told they would receive new parts by Friday or Monday latest. I emailed again on the Tuesday and was told the parts had not arrived and the store manager would message me with updates. 23 days after I brought my decide I finally called Apple, who told me Jump had finished my repairs 6 days earlier (they didn’t leave a voicemail even though they told Apple they had or contacted me at all). I picked up my laptop only to find out they changed my password and didn’t tell me. I called them and they had no info on their case notes, so the worker had to ask around to see if anyone knew my password. We ended up having to guess it. I received an email from the store manager today at 14:40 (5 minutes before I had actually picked up my laptop) saying the parts came in and it was ready, despite Apple having called them in the morning and then saying it was done the week before. Overall not the best experience - wish Guelph had an Apple store.

i go to jump plus to replace cable because it was not working due to some problem and there was no crack on cable and not broken and i will attach picture so you can see. but the store main employee refuse to exchange with new one and said it was broken so that was crazy experience with jump plus. Whereas when i go back to bust buy where i buy this cable and let them know that they are not replacing it and that time best buy employee give me new cable on the spot. i will go to best buy in future and dont want to go jump plus.

Took my laptop in for a battery repair after being assured over the phone batteries for replacement were available in the store for immediate use. I booked an appointment, yet waited for over 15 minutes for service past my appointment time. Then, informed that no - a battery for replacement needs to be ordered in and after a diagnosis by their technician (even after pre-paying for a battery replacement). Initially, I was told I may bring my laptop in when their technician was available, but then in the next breath, I was told no - my laptop must sit in their store waiting for an employee to even look at it. One week later, my laptop has yet to under go initial diagnosis. I would rather drive to Waterloo to get my Apple service in the future.Update: the service reported to take up to a week took two weeks to be completed.

Matt and Will (the two technicians) were great! They fixed the fan issue I had with my Mac efficiently and were mindful of how quickly I needed my computer back. Both were incredibly helpful with the whole process!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Unprofessional and not helpful; their only goal seems to be to sell you more stuff instead of fixing your current product. Cannot trust a thing that they tell you. They do not honour their warranties; they find a loophole so you have to pay out of pocket instead of it being covered. They do not honour appointment times and instead tell you there's a delay

My iPhone 13 stopped working while my husband and I were out shopping. We happened to be walking past jump+ and popped in to see if they could help. We were quickly greeted by 2 friendly employees.I explained what happened with my phone and James (I think) a manager in training said he could help. Not only did he very quickly fix my issue, he explained how to fix it future if it ever happens again. This cost us nothing but the service was fast and friendly. We will certainly be back and happy to spend money.

The stone roadmall, jump plus was amazing!! It had a great assistant manager Mark working there, and he was utterly amazing!! He gave me more help than any store could and was very insightful! If u see Mark at the stone road mall Jump plus in guelph, than give him a high five for how amazing he is

Store Associate George was fantastic in helping me with an order for Apple Air Tags. He kept me updated on the status of the order to make sure we would have them in time for a planned trip. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. The part that impressed me the most was his communication. That is sometimes hard to find these days and George went above and beyond. I strongly recommend you ask for him if you need any help at the Stone Road Mall location.
