Campus Nissan Service Centre

Great experience bringing my electric vehicle in for its first service in my ownership. Despite being short-staffed, my vehicle was still washed and had some vacuuming done - this was much appreciated. The car was also finished earlier than promised and everything was explained/documented very comprehensively. I also appreciated that the couple of things to watch/needing care were highlighted but not in a way I felt any pressure. Price of service also very good value and less than I anticipated and I loved that they even charged the car for me. Thanks so much, will definitely be back for all future service. :)

I had a small problem and they fixed it in two seconds and didn't charge me.

Went there to set a appt.to fix same window rattle again.Will update after.Customer service is good.

Friendly family atmosphere, and they even gave lil boo my dog a treat. Very thorough and truck was cleaned well.

I'm not sure if their shop mechanics are even certified due to them not being able to diagnose my vehicle properly. They cost me a close to $2200 and my issue was never fixed. They told me I needed a new rear drive shaft so I believed them. They then said they couldn't do it at their shop and referred me to another shop after charging me 800 to look at it and small minor other repair. I called this other shop who then referred me to another shop in sidney. Another 1400 to find out it wasn't my drive shaft at all. Skip forward to last night and my friend is visiting from out of town and is a great backyard mechanic. Even after a 6 pack was able to figure out it was my cv axel In about 15 minutes. We ordered the part for a $100. NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AND THEIR VERY UNKNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES!!!

I went with the Nissan NV2500 courier van because of the Victoria Nissan service team, they are the best. I've dealt with them for over 12 years now.

Polite and professional, very good with warranty service but like any other garage appointments can be delayed...

Fast service, friendly staff, comfortable waiting lounge and spotless washroom! Doesn't get any better if you have to wait.

Great folks. I've known Mike and most of their senior staff for over a decade. They've dealt with standard servicing for my Nissan vehicles as well as the additional check ups on occasion (tire patching, minor warranty related issues). Relaxing atmosphere in their waiting area.
