My second time asking: WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE $1.00 COUPONS!!! Nobody seems to know?!!!! But I like the fact that you are more available, at odd hours, of the day, cheaper & accurate keys are made, as you advertise. But we do not know how to use the $1.00 off your next purchase, which expires in one year. That we printed out? Can someone get back to me, a.s.a.p? Thank you..

I really didn't believe that machine would cut a key properly but I chose to buy two keys and get one free incase one didn't work but low and behold all three keys were precisely cut to fit the lock. 5 stars!

This was in Walmart, I paid for two keys, It offered to give me a free third one... All the keys didn't work when I tried them in the lock at work... Won't ever use this again.
