Bought a used car a year and a half ago (Winter) and the tires were bald. Seller promised me Winter tires but never came through. While I was waiting for them, I got stuck in the snow a few times and spun out. Was referred to Bestway and they got me in the same day I called. Great service and friendly people!

I hit a bad pothole on Sunday night which toasted my front right tire. This performance tire was having supply issues and was on back-order until mid-July. My dealership was suggesting buying 4 new tires just to get back on the road.Then, my boss at work recommended going to Bestway Tire and talking to Tony. Tony took care of me and found a comparable used tire that should work out fine. I asked if I should buy multiple used tires for the front axle, but he said that the one should do because of the equal tread pattern and wear. He could have easily upsold me, but did what's best for the customer.In the end, I came out a very happy with a great customer experience, and I will definitely come back for my vehicle servicing needs! Looking for winter tires for a while now and was recommended from a friend to try this place out. Sure glad i did. Ended up dealing with vince and he was great. but all the staff were friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. Very informative and felt the price was very affordable for what your getting. I felt they went above and beyond. Thanks best way tire and Vince for all the help! We will be back with all our vehicles.

I've dealt with Bestway a number of times now. Andy is always great to deal with over the phone and tells you the price all in.Went in to get them done and the young guy helping me, I think his name was Jacob was fantastic. Great service. Will always be back.

These people are like family. Andy, Vince, John, Bob, Tony and many others in the service bays always greet me with a smile and actually know who I am, even though I only see them twice a year for seasonal tire changes. I have purchased many sets of tires from them and they will compete with the big box retailers. What you will get from them is a level of service you will never get purchasing on-line or big box. They store my tires for me and when I do a seasonal tire change, the tires and wheels are cleaned and detailed. I also have had front and rear brake maintenance done there at a competitive cost. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Even if I buy a new car from a dealership, Bestway will always be my tire shop.

Simply can not say enough good things about Bestway! My dad recommended them and they always go above and beyond, they fixed a flat tire for me on Christmas eve when they were closed so the kids and I could still get around and see family. I just got new tires put on today - not only did they beat everyone in price but they take such great care of my suv every time they work on it. Super friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Mere days before a planned long-distance road trip, I received an irreparable tire puncture on my way home from work. I contacted Bestway Tire after other repair shops quoted two weeks to order and install replacement tires to match my existing tires. Jacob at Bestway went above and beyond to rush order two tires from out of province. The tires arrived and were installed the next day. I am extremely impressed with the the level of service that Jacob and the team at Bestway Tire provided.
