So so rude and unprofessional. I went in for a fill. I usually get my nails done at a salon but I was in a jam and they had room. I made sure to ask if they could even do the fill and they said yes. When I voiced concern about how they looked they said we told you not work and I said but I made sure you could before we started. Then they just got rude. The nails weren't shaped(i asked for coffin) and they are bumpy and the polish looks like a kid did it. The first color I picked was too light, you could see my old gel through it and they said I had to pick a new color so I did and they wouldn't even remove the first color, so they just painted over top and now you can see the first picked color through the new color on the bottom and sides of my nails. I asked for them to fix it and they said no, wash your hands and it will come off?! It's on my skin and they wouldn't even try to correct it. I guess you get what you pay for! I can see why they weren't busy. I do not recommend this place at all.

if I could give 0 stars I would. My sister asked for FRENCH TIPS not half of her finger coloured. they ask you tips or colour tips mean no color wich makes no sense at all. I really hoped for color but I got non

Just came back from pedicure and manicure. My nails don’t have any format, the painting starts in the middle of the nail so it seems like my nails got done two weeks ago. I complained about it and she said that I was wrong this is how supposed to be. Pedicure + Manicure 79$ and just in cash, so they probably don’t need to pay tax. All made in a super rush.

I like to get my acrylics and refills done here on a regular basis:- Great price- Good variety of colors- It takes at least 3-4 weeks before I need the refill again

I walked in when the salon opened to get my acrylic nails done at another salon removed, hoping to have a simple gel polish put on. The staff were welcoming and had me in and out within 35 minutes! The ladies made polite conversation with me. The technician massaged my hands with lotion when my nails were done. I’d definitely recommend this place if you want something quick and affordable - when all was said and done I paid 35 dollars for the removal, gel polish, nail art on 2 fingers and the massage.

Excellent waste of time and energy. Nothing like having your hours posted online AND displaying them electronically on your storefront, yet still not being there during your posted business hours. Wanted to try this place specifically because their hours would work for my busy schedule compared to some other places, yet instead just completely wasted my time showing up to an empty dark shop well within their open" hours."

I was so pleased when I had called and they could get me in for a pedicure right away. Upon arrival the salon looked clean and tidy. I sat down in the chair and shortly after the nail tech started my water. The water was warm, but was cool by the time they actually got working on my feet. After scrubbing my feet and a mediocre massage, I was left waiting again for a different nail tech to tend to my nails. The colour is great, but the quality of the work is poor. Lots of polish on my skin around my toes, resulting in the polish peeling off immediately after my pedicure. Once again I am grateful that they could get me in so quickly, but due to the quality of service I will not be back.

Worst manicure experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had some pretty bad experiences. Where do I begin… Before they started I asked if they could do a blue ombré nail design and they said that wouldn’t be a problem, but once the time came to actually paint my nails they said that they couldn’t do the ombré, which is fine. I continued to look through ideas online and showed a picture of French tips, simple right..? They did the one nail and I said I liked the design but you could see through the nail through to my fingertip, I then asked if they could put white underneath the French tip so you couldn’t see through them, they then proceeded to tell me that in order to do that it would be over 100$. At first I just thought they didn’t understand what I wanted so I continued to explain, the lady beside me even cut in and said that she understood what I was saying and asked the owner if it wouldn’t be okay to have the two layers of polish, he was very rude and continued to tell me that they couldn’t do that and it would be over 100$. I then got them to remove the polish and said that I’d pay for the fill and go somewhere that will be able to but the two layers of polish on for a reasonable price. I was charged in full. Complete waste of time and money.
