Going to Circus3 New Year Eve show is my new family tradition! The show is absolutely stunning. It has it all: the high-level circus performance, good jokes, and very festive vibes. Everyone leaves the show smiling.I also enjoy other performances by Circus3, and I just wish there will be more for those!

Wow what a show! This was the 1st time we have attended the New Years Variety show at the QE Theater. My wife and I were blown away at the talent and professionalism of all the acts. The host was extremely funny and talented! Also it was a nice bonus that after the main show there were shows outside in the QE courtyard with LED light spinners (extremely good!) and also the Circus band which as also all lit up with LED lights. A great show for the entire family. So nice to see such performances come back to Vancouver. We need more of this type of entertainment in our city. We will be back next New Years for sure and here's hoping to more shows like this through the year. Nigel and Rieko Bennett (North Van)

We have attended three New Year's shows now and look forward to the next! Our 12 year old twin boys love the entertainment and we love sharing in the festivities with them! They want to bring others with them next year. Great show for a great value! Well done!

I've celebrated New Year twice attending to the teathres with the amazing shows of Circus3. I must say it's hilarious and the performances are incredible. My kids really enjoyed everything and the balloons at the end. Thanks!

The New Year's Eve event was great. The star of the show is the host Daniel Zindler. His commitment to showmanship and comfort on stage was entertaining and inspiring. His satirical portrayal of an affected showman produces a type of slapstick comedy that is equally suited for adults as it is for children. He's a relatable character with the right amount of edge to push boundaries. The acts were incredible, and it takes a lot of effort to pull off a successful show like this. From reading previous reviews, the performers differ somewhat, but most are reoccurring cast members.I have the utmost respect for these athletes; their passion is evident in their commitment to their craft. The acts were a standard mix of semi-to-professional performances, and the danger is real. An aerial acrobat took a decent fall, which looked like it hurt. Although, none of the kids seemed to notice, let alone care. But the show must go on. She got up and continued, it was spectacular to watch, and it just shows the level of commitment it takes to do something like this. Most, if not all, of the acts had some tie back to British Columbia. The magician featured was a young, local performer from Port Moody who appeared on Penn and Teller. So, it's nice that the production supports local artists.A chainsaw juggling act may have been too extreme for some. Our parties were in the first and second rows, directly in front of the stage, and the guy dropped a real-live running chainsaw about 15-20 feet from the small children in the front row. If the chain had snapped, it could have posed serious concerns for those nearby. However, professional tools, like the Makita chainsaw he was using, have safety features, like chain catches and inertia chain brakes, for incidents like this. If that helps put you at ease.I wish that was all I had to say about the chainsaw act. It consisted of a long skit that required audience participation. It was cringe-inducing, with uncomfortable jokes and gross invasions of privacy. I imagine the volunteers" felt violated. If the performer needed that level of assistance to mount an awkward prop

This was alot of fun for children and for adults. The talent was impressive and the audience engagement excellent. I would recommend it to any family and it was a great NYEve event and the music and dance outside in the plaza was a nice way to top it off when people came out of the show.

We attended the kids variety show on New Year's Eve. Although some of the content such as the comedian and maybe even the magician could've been more kid friendly overall our kids (4 and 2) really enjoyed the show. The staff and cast were very friendly and my kids really liked the fact that they got to meet some of them at the end. Prices were really high and I wish they would be a little lower so that more families can access these types of shows.

A fun family event. The children in the audience were almost as entertaining as the performers on stage.
