Been a BMO client for so many years now. Ms. Emily of Hespeler branch stands out because she always takes care of her clients. Ensuring she help and precisely given information for your everyday banking needs.

So many questions when taking out money. What are you spending this on, why do you need that amount, why do you need cash, why cant you use a cheque. None of their business. Not taking out enough to fill out a fintrac form, so why so many questions. Banks are responsible for storing money and it should NOT be that hard to take your own money out of the bank.I have never had these problems at other banks or even other bmo branches.Edited to update!2 years later and nothing changes. Still 100s of questions when taking money out. Every time we try to take OUR money out, there is a huge hassle. I think we are coming to the end of our rope and will be switching banks completely....

So I go in to the branch with 5 mins left to close (not normally my thing ) but I had to deposit a bank draft, not thinking it would take long I walk up to the teller and it ended up being about a 10 minute ordeal (not bmo's fault ). Well my teller stayed the extra 5 mins after close. What a Rockstar! Thanks Debbie for the excellent custom service and professionalism even though I came in 5 mins to close ! Thanks again Debbie you're the best !

I got a call Tuesday from the fraud department telling me that 2 attempts had been made on my account purchase items online, they told me they declined both. I had to go in to get a new card, and they let one of the larger amounts through, do not like getting lied to.

The bank tellers are fine, they are pleasant and nice. The higher ups / managers are actually the worst. Rude, arrogant and condescending. The way they behave when you're trying to do anything with your OWN money is beyond acceptable. It's not like they're just doing their job, making sure everything adds up. No. They treat you like youre trying to pull one over them. It's insane. I hate it there.

Excellent service from this location. A solution was made when things were not going good for me and now years later positive results. The bank didn’t reinvent the wheel but had the tools to build one for me. Thank you so very much.

I was not surprised to see only 2.5 stars in reviews. I have been a customer for more than 20 years with personal and business accounts services getting worse and worse terrible no explanation to the strange rules regarding cash withdrawals, limiting those to $3000 for no reason. Going to close all the accounts and the investment accounts and move them to the bank just down the road that don't have those absurd limits and are friendly to the customers.

I am really happy with my bank the tellers are all so kind in u can get in and out within 15 minutes or less

The pin on my debit card was not working, I tried 3 different ATMs, no luck.. So I waited in a very long slow line in the bank to only be told by the teller when I got up to her, to go try the machine one more time, even though I explained that I already had 3 separate times! Of course it still didn't work! I had to go back to the back of the long line and wait for a lengthy time again to see the teller, the teller I had spoke to looked at me in the line and ignored me. I ended up speaking to another teller who was very helpful and able to get my card working again.

I had amazing experience of banking at branch, surely I would like mention person name Meridith, She understood my needs of personal and business banking. She made business transaction like breeze for me. thanks again.
