5 stars for Dr. Jarrod Johnson. This was my first visit ever to a Chiropractor and I will admit I was a little nervous, but everyone was very friendly and Jarrod was awesome! Super friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best care moving forward. He is motivating to help his patients achieve a level of wellness that focuses on quality of life. Highly recommend!

Exceeded My ExpectationsSuch an amazing clinic! Brand new clinic is bright and clean. New modern equipment. Both the staff upfront and Dr. Johnson exceeded my expectations. He really listens and then educates you on his findings as well as what to expect on the road to recovery. Would rate my experience overall 10 out of 5, seriously that good.

First time at the office, greeted by Dr Johnson’s wife. Pleasant. Very friendly. Felt comfortable at the clinic. Met Dr Johnson, nothing but impressed. His skills and expertise were immaculate. I walked out of the clinic feeling so much less pain in my lower back. He told me I will be somewhat sore, but I went home and had a good rest. Looking forward to another treatment and many more. Felt relief after my car accident two weeks ago.

A last minute appointment.. I managed to get in on Saturday for a 45 mins RMT with Marc. Front desk was friendly and my massage experience was good. I’m glad that PainPRO is now in Coquitlam. A nice, clean, and relaxing facility.

I recently moved to the tri cities and have been on the search for a good RMT clinic. I went to a couple and wasn’t 100% happy with the treatments I received, but I finally found my favorite clinic. This location is fairly new and very nice. I’ve been here a few times now and my therapist is Joey. He is very professional, does great work, and will continue to see him for my RMT needs! I highly recommend this place!

First time patient here and all around great experience. Easy to find clinic, friendly staff and I was in an out. Charlene was my RMT, she assessed me carefully and then gave me a fantastic massage.

Jarrod is so amazing that I can't give him high enough praise. He takes the time to really dig in and understand what's happening with each client. I am claustrophobic and can have a hard time with some adjustments but he easy persona and his patience allows me to relax and really benefit from my time with him.
