TERRIBLE customer service! (I was at this location on June 4 around 4pm) All the associates were just standing around (5 in total!), no greeting or acknowledgement that you have even entered the store, and makes THE CUSTOMER WAIT UNTIL THEY FINISH THEIR CONVERSATION! The man that was helping me even seemed annoyed to be interrupted from his conversation to help me and was cut and dry throughout our whole interaction and when I took an extra second to look at their new seasonal options he rudely went WHAT'S YOUR ORDER". He seemed to be in a rush to get me out of the store to go back to his conversation. Love the coffee but I will keep my shopping online and likely never to purchase a machine again. Super disappointing!"

I went to the store yesterday and I really want someone to come and ask for help but nobody did so it was three staff member in the store and they literally had no customers and once they saw me they looked away and also were sitting and I had to go and ask for help, and the girl barely wanted to move from her seat and it was a young lady with a very young boy/men she didn’t even want to move from her seat when I ask for help so I had to ask her “ Can you show me the machines” and then she literally answer me in really bad way and didn’t wanna explain me about the machine so I had to go to research about the machine and I was really disappointed, because I was going to buy a machine there and what whenever I was trying to ask her question she was giving me a short answer, so I was kind of confused and I just didn’t want it to ask any more question because of the way she was answering me, so I just left the store.

Honestly I was really happy with the service and overall experience. Even though I had to go back to the store a couple times because of system issues and my machine was defective. The staff was nothing but courteous, patient and accommodating with the issues I had. If they didn't have an answer for something, they were very thorough in to find one. Thanks to everyone at the store for all the help! Keep up the good work!

I recently visited this store (19 May,2023 around 4.45pm) and unfortunately had a very bad experience. Despite there being four staff members present, three ladies were all chatting with each other and not attending to customers. I tried to ask for helps. Everyone just ignored me and when I finally managed to get the attention of one staff member who was helping another customer. He told me to ask those lady for helps. It felt like the staff were more interested in socializing with each other than providing good customer service.I was very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this store to others.I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their staff training and customer service."

I always visit nespresso boutiques whenever I'm near to one. It's my second time visiting the Vaughan Mills branch, and it's always a bad experience every time. It's summer and Nespresso just released their new flavors for summer, but you won't get to taste any coffee from this boutique. I requested the new flavor, but they said they're only offering Ice forte, but then at the end, they don't have ice cubes, and that accdg to them their bar needs renovations. But it's there and it's not taped off or anything. Oh well, what's the use of telling customers Discover the taste..." or "Summer Collection has arrived..." when you're treated this bad. I'm also a club member and my reason to taste the new flavors is to decide whether I'm buying or not. Nevertheless

Terrible…. there needs to be better customer service training. Staff do not acknowledge customers when they enter the store nor offer assistance. I was told by a very rude (Chinese lady) staff member to stand in line when I asked for help. There was only one other customer in the store and 3 staff members. I thought better and I can provide myself with better service online. My suggestion, if Nespresso does not want to invest the time to provide better customer service at these “pop-up” stores then shut them down or risk losing customers even those who shop online because this experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth.It is unfortunate that Nepresso thinks that these generic responses will suffice. I spend more than a $1,000 on Nespresso coffee annually and if this response is the best you can provide to your customers who visit the Vaughan Mills Nespresso location then I guarantee you Nespresso will be feeling a pinch in their bottomline and by then it may be too late as customers will go elsewhere. Remember I do not have to inconvenience myself by going to another Nespresso location that it out of my way ... its all about convenience and yes convenience to the customer ... if Nespresso wants to sell high end coffee at high end prices then they must supply their customer base with high end customer service at ALL locations.Regards

I am so disappointed by the way that the lady manager of this location treated me and my guest from Australia over a simple issue I had. I am new to Nespresso experience and her rude interaction with me made me think twice as why should I give up the comfort of Tim Horton's coffee everyday and deal with this nonsense. After so much investment and effort that Nespresso puts into attracting new customers a manager like this will certainly make them go away. My visitor was shocked as how she treated a customer in this store.

Don’t even come to this location. You won’t even be recognized, you’re invisible like a ghost, smh!!! Went in earlier today with my hubby & our son (Sat, June 24 around 2pm ish) We walked right into the store, no line ups and were looking around, waiting to be helped. No one asked if we needed help, no one even approached us. So I’m waiting in line behind another customer that’s being cashed out, the worker (lady with the clipboard) approached the worker (guy) that’s cashing out the customer, and tells him to help out other people, WHILE I’m standing behind waiting to cash out. Oh, of course… we’re just invisible. Then I go to another cashier and ask if I can purchase, she tells me I have to line up. I was like what? We’ve been waiting around the store and no one’s come up to us or asked if we needed help… I even told the lady that had the clip board in her hand that she saw me standing in line WAITING and she’s like “yeah…” but she was still telling me to line up. forget it. Just ended up leaving the store.

Nespresso drinks brighten the day, but the same can’t always be said of the new store location inside Vaughan Mills. First time, staff seem to look at folks with suspicion like we’re all out to get freebies. Actually I’m here to top up on my Vertuo pods!One of my best decisions early during the pandemic was to pickup a Nespresso machine. The coffee that it makes has a decent coffee aroma along with a nice thick crema. There are a wide range of flavours as well including flavoured, intense and regional pods. For those worried about waste, the pods can be recycled by mailing back in red envelope bags that we used to pickup at the stall in this mall.At the Nespresso store, there are multiple sales stations as well as a barista area in the back. We were intrigued by the new Congo coffee pod. The first barista indicated that guests needed to be referred by a salesperson to try the java. Then after ordering my pods, the sales came back with a tiny sample sized cup of black coffee. That was disappointing.Update: Recently my second visit was much more pleasant. The salesperson Brandon was friendly & knowledgeable about the new Virtuo flavours as well as the impending price increase. We were treated courteously and provided a full sized portion of the new Papua New Guinea coffee. We ordered our favourite pods and received a complimentary sleeve of a new iced coffee flavour as well.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would, they never have any of the “gifts” when purchasing in store. The store manager is absolutely useless and should not have such a title.The young man who served me was very friendly however there store manager is a poor representation of someone who does good business.
