Laughlin Pools are great! They recently replaced our pool liner, and we love it. They provide great service, they are responsive, and follow through on their commitments. The way service is supposed to be! Would recommend them without hesitation.

We have worked with Steve, Jane and Mitch in the past, so when our liner ripped this winter, we did not hesitate to call them again. And they did not disappoint. They arrived to review the damages, worked with our insurer in an expedited fashion, and installed the liner in time for the swimming season. Laughlin pools did an amazing job for us installing our new liner - it looks great and minor problems with the pool were quickly identified and cost-effective solutions offered. Most importantly, they moved mountains to ensure that the liner was installed in advance of kid's birthday party! There were a lot of happy 11 year old boys playing for hours in the pool thanks to Laughlin and their dedication to customer service!

I'm was new to Laughlin Pool Services this summer. For many years I was a customer of another pool service provider in Ottawa who when I needed to have major work done on my pool, stopped returning my calls. I contacted Laughlin Pool Service and they were able to straighten my pool wall and replace the liner by late July such that I was able to salvage some swimming this summer. Steve Laughlin always promptly returned my calls and could be counted on to do what he said he would. Thank-you!

My Neighbor and I both had pool liners replaced within a couple days of each other. Steve/Mitch and Josh were here all day during the installation process. They co-ordinated the water trucks needed and made the job quick and fun to watch for the customer. All the while sharing some fun stories/experiences and just having many pleasant conversations. They were a joy to work with and made our liner replacement seamless. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we have received from Steve, Jane and Mitch at Laughlin Pools since we took possession of our home in late 2018 (a home with a 10 year old pool originally installed by another pool company in an area with a high water table). In mid-2019, we had a leak in our pool. Steve and Mitch came out quickly and were able to diagnose and repair it without issue, at a very fair price. This year we decided to replace the liner, a potentially daunting challenge due to the high water table. The work was done ahead of schedule, right on budget, and the results are flawless, thanks to their detailed preparation and planning. Steve, Mitch and Jane are all great to work with - friendly, helpful and honest - and very responsive when we have a question or needed to book a pool opening or closing. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship for many years to come and I unreservedly recommend their services to other pool owners.

Laughlin Pools did an incredible job on restoring and upgrading our well used & loved family in ground pool.Steve and Mitch were there from start to finish and made sure that all details were attended to.The pool required a new liner for starters; Steve then designed a new set of stairs to be added at one corner then topped off with a full length half height bench across the shallow end. It is like having a brand new pool !!I can’t say enough about how this family business pays attention to every detail and follows through – the job was done exactly as described and to perfection.I would recommend Laughlin pool services to anyone who is thinking about any kind of pool service, they certainly stand behind their work & are a pleasure to deal with on a personal basis.
