Extremely professional and very personable. We have a sewer smell coming from our kitchen sink, downstairs bathroom, and washer drain. Wesley and Dave came out and evaluated the drain and cleaned it out. Explained what was happening and what needed to be done. We highly recommend them.

I had the exact same experience as SirDaddin Sir. I called to have a leaking drain pipe fixed and scheduled a plumber to come in the next day to fix it. The receptionist was great - took all the details and had someone scheduled based on my availability. The charge from the plumber to investigate was quite frankly ridiculous. After investigating, he gave another very exorbitant bill to repair. I had to call in another plumber from a different company to have this repaired and at a fraction of the investigation cost. I hope something is actually done about this review vs the comment that I see on SirDaddin's review.

The call in reception was excellent. Very good service, and I had someone out to my home the same day. I very much appreciate that.The charge was quite a surprise and very much an overcharge. For that reason, I do not recommend. If money is not a concern for you, they will have a tech out the same day, which sometimes is the greatest concern.Naturally you would respond as per below. It's an easy way out. I guess it's a good business practice in your eyes to price something based on a customer's fear. It's okay. It's not my company and you choose to run it this way. You can catch all of us at least once. You won. It's a success. I over paid but will get by.

They were courteous and provided me with an honest assessment. They have fixed many repairs in my home. I appreciated his honesty and I would recommend Plumber on Demand for your plumbing needs.

I had a leaking Hose Bib-Exterior Faucet to be replaced yesterday. A plumber from Plumber On Demand came and quoted $445 for replacing: with a Frost-Free Exterior Faucet plus a ~1.5 foot long hose with fittings (to connect to my garden hose reel frame near by).He got the job. Worked for over an hour then told me he can not get the job done because of lacking of tools. Suggested me to come back the next day. He came today 2 and a half hours later than the booked time. Finally complete the job, but with a lose valve body installed, i.e. when you open or close the faucet, the faucet body turned slightly too. I was told the silicon caulk will hold the faucet body fix after 1 hour. 8 hours later now, the faucet body still turning loosely. I thought a high price comes with a high quality service. It seems that I was wrong this time.

It was a small job, but important to me. Wesley arrived on time and was very pleasant and personable. Small clog job completed with a high level of professionalism. I would recommend Plumber on Demand. Thank you.
