Excellent customer service!! I had two rings repaired and was completely satisfied with the speed and quality of their work. Their employees were so friendly and competent. I would certainly recommend Michael Hill Jeweller in the Northgate Mall, North Bay, Ont.

The worst experience ever!!!! staff was beyond rude, couldn’t even believe they worked in customer service. Called me a liar, wouldn’t even except maybe the staff that use to work there did anything wrong, but would make the comment that’s why they don’t work there now! I used to spend a lot of money there, I will never go back

Absolutly do NOT recommend Michael Hill for wedding rings !. The north bay manager is awful to deal with and has zero respect for customers. My ring was purchased in August 2019 right before our wedding in Sept. December 2022 I took my rings in to be dipped as I always have with zero issue. And this time was hell. The the new manager told me my paper work wasn't correct and refused to replace the missing diamond that fell out. Fine. Complaint #1. With zero fix. Went in today as I am coming due in June for a dip and check as per every 6 months. I was told the ring is not mine and that I bought it off a coworker. INCORRECT. This ring has always been mine was purchased under a friend and family discount ! I have always had it dipped and serviced with no issues until this manager came along and I met her in Dec. Michael Hill make this right. Your service has become awful and I don't recommend. I will continue to complain until this is rectified. A wedding ring is special and mine have always been taken care of ! Please share this to get the word out of awful service.

Some of the staffs are not very nice, most of them are amazing. I love to shop there.

I got the most stunning earrings from here. The Staff was beyond generous with their knowledge and assistance. I definitely look forward to going back again.

I tried to get a custom ring made worth thousands of dollars, I called repeatedly over a two month span, never returned my calls, and when I got a hold of somebody, they told me they’re still waiting. I went in there today to ask what’s going on and they told me they don’t do custom jewellery anymore when I ask them why they haven’t called me back they said they just found out they’re not doing custom jewelry. They just gave one excuse after another every time I asked why they don’t call me back why this why that got no good response from them horrible management and company if this is how they’re going to treat their customers.Spend your money somewhere else, there are multiple jewellers in the mall that were great to work with.

The worst experience I have had purchasing Jewelry. When I entered the store I was not greeted for several minutes as it appeared the 2 ladies working were more interested in speaking between themselves. When I finally did get one of them to come up to me the other one kept coming up and interrupting because apparently whatever they were speaking about was more important than a paying customer.There are far better Jewelry places in the mall to be acting this way, save some time and hit up any other store

Exceptional customer service. The ring I was looking for was discontinued and they were able to find something similar and in the same price range. They seemed excited to be able to provide me with the experienc. The ring was perfect! I will continue to see Patricia at Michael Hill for my future purchases.
