Very horrible customer service and training. It's a family owned business so I would imagine a little small town feel. Yet it was apparent that receptionist did not know about insurances or understand what I was saying. The dentist's daughter came over in the middle of my filling and was talking with her dad (which I didn't mind).However, I told him tooth still hurt. Called back and told them tooth still hurt 2 weeks later and nothing. No come back in" nothing.My husband who happens to be African-American

This geriatric man has no bed side manner and he is incredibly rude and only cares about money and not his customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. If your in pain and need help he pretty much says your fine and will not do what needs to be done unless he is doing a procedure that will cost you your left kidney! I’d give 0 stars but that is not possible. If you want more pain then you started with go see him! He is great for causing more pain!

This has been my family dentist for years. The staff is super friendly and they are great at getting you in for emergency care. I also appreciate that they call a day ahead to remind me of my appointments, as many of my other heath care providers do not do so.

I have had several issues with this office, mainly with the hygienist. My 13 year old has a lot of anxiety and other struggles. She does fine if I can stand with her during her cleaning but they refused to allow me in the exam room even though I’ve done it in the past. I am vaccinated and wear a mask and don’t touch anything. Highly don’t recommend this office for children, not even teens. We won’t ever go back. I would rather drive two hours to a friendlier office and one that cares about their patients welfare and not just making a buck.Years ago Steinfeld fixed a cavity I had and I kept complaining I was in a lot of pain. He told me I needed a root canal. I went to a different dentist and the problem was he didn’t fill the hole all the way and that was causing the pain.

Worst dentist I've ever been to, he took 3 x-rays because he's practically blind. I'm $500 in on this tooth and it hurts more now than it did when I went in for it. Other dentists don't even want to touch his botched work, and I'll probably have to have this tooth pulled now. Thanks for nothing! Steinfeld is a crook!

This senile guy didn’t even know where he was. Go in for pain in my mouth and he asks how my rectal pain is? Like what kind of operation is this place? Not trying to get a pap on my rump. Absolutely do not recommend work from this geriatric man!

Extremely kind staff, worry free appointments and Dr. Steinfeld is amazing ! Highly recommend this office.

Hands down the best dentist office I've ever been to. When I first arrived, I explained my dental anxiety and he walked me through everything. Made sure to numb me up, and even asked if I needed breaks in between. Will never go anywhere else.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional place. I called to be courteous and let them know that my husband was held up at work and would be 10-15 min late for his appointment. When speaking to the receptionist she said “ I'll have to ask the hygienist” she comes back and says “we will have to reschedule.” While I was in mid sentence as I was going to ask if I could bring my daughter instead she hangs up on me. When I call back I ask to speak to someone else who backpedals and says that “their phones go out” and she basically called me a liar and said her co worker did not hang up on me. Both women were extremely rude and very defensive when I was speaking to them. I was trying to be courteous to your office. Also I am not upset that they weren’t able to see my husband. The hanging up on me mid-sentence and calling me a liar was the upsetting and most unprofessional conversations I’ve ever had with any office ever!! We will not be going back!
