Lovely Lingerie

My first experience (couple years ago) with this store was really wonderful. I believe the owner helped me with fitting, all was good. But recently - I am not satisfied at all. The lady who helped the fitting (sorry, do not remember her name) had very interesting" approach: she did not measure me (however the tape was around her neck)

I took my best friend here just the other day to buy some honeymoon lingerie. we had the most amazing experience. Anna was fabulous she knows her stuff has a wide selection of beautiful high quality peices. 100% would recommend and 100% will have to go back for myself. This is not your average bra shop everything is of the highest quality and they carry everything from shape Ware to lingerie to lounge wear to beach wear.If u want to feel sexy classy and confident go see the ladies at lovely lingerie!!

I never felt the need to leave a review on google until I went to this store.Worst experience ever.. went in to find a corset.. women who was helping me got upset with a coworker in the back about me not wanting to get fitted right away.. i understand its the European way of bra fittings but i just wanted to see the corset first before going through the trouble of a fitting.. she then proceeded to show me another corset but said it was to expensive which to me its implying that I couldn’t afford it.. never judge a book by its cover.. this staff needs a training on how to treat future customer’s. Was looking for a good lingerie store in the area but ill stick to my hour drive to Secrets from your sister.Just disgusting

I had the most pleasant experience today at Lovely Lingerie. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I was helped right away by Anna. She measured me and found bras that fit perfectly! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, sweet, everything! I also met the store owner, Rose, who was so nice to me. I'm so grateful that I didn't listen to the few negative reviews on here. I will recommend this store to every woman I know! Thank you so much Anna and Rose. You have a customer for life!

I would definitely shop here again. Here's why:I went in for the first time, having never bought lingerie before. The sales associate was helpful and suggested several options within my budget. The item was a gift and she even gave me a nice gift bag and paper.I went back about a week later to exchange one of the items and they helped me with no problems. I found that they also have a lot of nice bigh end items. Its a nice atmosphere to shop in. Highly recommend checking them out.

I purchased several items from this lingerie store and from my experience I can vouch that every single review that references being stereotyped upon entry is 100 percent truthful in their account of events.I came here on a whim after a display item caught my eye. I decided to go in and had my two children with me. My children are very well behaved and so I didn’t worry about the visit being a challenging one.The woman who opened the door didn’t want to let me in at all she explained visits are by appointment only. I was fine to walk away but she told me to come in. After a few moments another woman greeted me and then another and before I knew their were 3 women watching me as I browsed. It was a bit annoying but it seemed obvious they perhaps had issues with shop lifting in the past.The pieces I tried on were gorgeous and great quality. I ended up spending around $2000 here. I was surprised when my pieces were folded in paper and put into a small bag.. for the price of the items it was almost comical they wouldn’t come with garment bags.My overall experience wasn’t anything out of the ordinary and I don’t feel they went out of their way with service but I will say if you’re looking for a specific items perhaps consider making an appointment or checking their inventory before coming.I think the staff could work on their overall manner in which they greet customers but I think the stereotyping won’t change. So if you’re not a person who can handle that maybe don’t give them your business. I personally wouldn’t if I felt I wasn’t being taken as a serious customer.

I cannot remember the last time I’ve encountered such a high level of customer service and assistance. The variety of under wear and high end lingerie is extensive! They have so many beautiful pieces for everyday or for your special someone. This will be my go to spot for lingerie. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. See you soon!!

So me and two friends stopped by the store yesterday. Ready to drop cash. Once there we ring the bell. Older woman comes out n ask how she can help. Then let’s us in very rude like we weren’t good enough to be in the store. If you want to feel undervalued as a customer then this store is for you. My friend saw something she loved. Was told she couldn’t try on the set which was 500$. If we’re spending big money the service should be better. Don’t look down on your clients as younger people have money. We kindly left as it’s pointless to spend 500 on something you cannot try on. Also not worth it when you’re being treated as a lesser individual I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here. Unless the staff changes their attitude
